英文簡(jiǎn)歷制作方法:
(1)教育背景中寫相關(guān)課程。但千萬不要為了拼湊篇幅,把所有的課程一股腦兒地都寫上,如體育等。這樣不很有效,別人也沒耐心看。
(2)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金一項(xiàng)一行。許多學(xué)生每年都有獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金,這樣一來,也可寫出三四行,甚至更多。
(3)拉長(zhǎng)句子。每個(gè)句子都可以加入一些詞拉長(zhǎng)一些。其實(shí)拉長(zhǎng)并不難,難的是縮短。
(4)自然地多換行,多寫點(diǎn)句。
(5)加大字號(hào)?蓪10號(hào),小五改成12號(hào),小四。
(6)社會(huì)工作細(xì)節(jié)放在工作經(jīng)歷中。這樣會(huì)填補(bǔ)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)少的缺陷,例如,您在做團(tuán)支書、學(xué)生會(huì)主席等社會(huì)工作時(shí)組織過什么活動(dòng),聯(lián)系過什么事,參與過什么都可以一一羅列。

一份卓有成效的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷是開啟事業(yè)之門的鑰匙。正規(guī)的簡(jiǎn)歷有許多不同的樣式和格式。大多數(shù)求職者把能想到情況的都寫進(jìn)簡(jiǎn)歷中,但我們都知道沒有人會(huì)愿意閱讀一份長(zhǎng)達(dá)五頁的流水帳般的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷,尤其是繁忙的人事工作者。這里有三條寫簡(jiǎn)歷的重要原則:以一個(gè)工作目標(biāo)為重點(diǎn),將個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷視為一個(gè)廣告,再就是盡量陳述有利條件以爭(zhēng)取面試機(jī)會(huì)。
原則一:要有重點(diǎn)。
一個(gè)招聘者希望看到你對(duì)自己的事業(yè)采取的是認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)的態(tài)度。不要忘記雇主在尋找的是適合某一特定職位的人,這個(gè)人將是數(shù)百名應(yīng)聘者中最合適的一個(gè)。因此如果簡(jiǎn)歷的陳述沒有工作和職位重點(diǎn),或是把你描寫成一個(gè)適合于所有職位的求職者,你很可能將無法在任何求職競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中勝出。
原則二:把簡(jiǎn)歷看作一份廣告,推銷你自己。
最成功的廣告通常要求簡(jiǎn)短而且富有感召力,并且能夠多次重復(fù)重要信息。你的簡(jiǎn)歷應(yīng)該限制在一頁以內(nèi),工作介紹不要以段落的形式出現(xiàn);盡量運(yùn)用動(dòng)作性短語使語言鮮活有力;在簡(jiǎn)歷頁面上端寫一段總結(jié)性語言,陳述你在事業(yè)上最大的優(yōu)勢(shì),然后在工作介紹中再將這些優(yōu)勢(shì)以工作經(jīng)歷和業(yè)績(jī)的形式加以敘述。
原則三:陳述有利信息,爭(zhēng)取成功機(jī)會(huì),
這也就是說盡量避免在簡(jiǎn)歷階段就遭到拒絕。為面試階段所進(jìn)行的簡(jiǎn)歷篩選的過程就是一個(gè)刪除不合適人選的過程。如果你把自己置身于招聘者的立場(chǎng)就會(huì)明白:招聘時(shí)每次面視都需要較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間,因此對(duì)招聘者來說進(jìn)入面試階段的應(yīng)聘者人數(shù)越少越好。招聘者對(duì)理想的應(yīng)聘者有也有要求:相應(yīng)的教育背景,工作經(jīng)歷,以及技術(shù)水平,這會(huì)是應(yīng)聘者在新的職位上取得成功的關(guān)鍵。應(yīng)聘者應(yīng)該符合這些關(guān)鍵條件,這樣才能打動(dòng)招聘者并贏得面視機(jī)會(huì)。同時(shí),簡(jiǎn)歷中不要有其他無關(guān)信息,以免影響招聘者對(duì)你的看法。
