　　現(xiàn)在再認(rèn)真思考這個(gè)問題，我們覺得，做為從業(yè)人員有責(zé)任、有義務(wù)，也必須為游客提供更為輕松、快樂的旅游時(shí)光。坦誠的說，今年7、8兩個(gè)暑期月份下來，在我們質(zhì)檢回訪過程中，所發(fā)現(xiàn)存在質(zhì)量問題的，游客投訴到公司的也絕不僅此兩例。
