　　英語新聞稿格式

　　1、新聞要素：不可忽略5W1H。（Who、What、When、Where、Why、How）

　　2、新聞構(gòu)成：題、文、圖、表。

　　3、題：簡要、突出、吸引人。

　　4、文：導(dǎo)語100至200字：開宗明義，人事時(shí)地物。

　　5、主體300至500字：深入淺出，闡揚(yáng)主旨。

　　6、結(jié)語100字：簡潔有力，強(qiáng)調(diào)該新聞的意義與影響，或預(yù)告下階段活動(dòng)。

　　7、圖：視需要加入有助于讀者理解的圖片。

　　8、表：視需要加入有助于讀者理解的表格。

　　9、寫作要律：具有新聞價(jià)值、正確的格式、動(dòng)人的標(biāo)題。

　　簡潔切要的內(nèi)容、平易友善的敘述、高度可讀性、篇幅以1至2頁為宜（一頁尤佳）。

　　寫作技巧：清晰簡潔、段落分明、使用短句、排版清爽。

　　切忌偏離事實(shí)、交代不清、內(nèi)容空洞。

　　倒金字塔結(jié)構(gòu)是絕大多數(shù)客觀報(bào)道的寫作規(guī)則，被廣泛運(yùn)用到嚴(yán)肅刊物的寫作中，同時(shí)也是最為常見和最為短小的新聞寫作敘事結(jié)構(gòu)。

　　內(nèi)容上表現(xiàn)在在一篇新聞中，先是把最重要、最新鮮、最吸引人的事實(shí)放在導(dǎo)語中，導(dǎo)語中又往往是將最精彩的內(nèi)容放在最前端；而在新聞主體部分，各段內(nèi)容也是依照重要性遞減的順序來安排。

　　猶如倒置的金字塔，上面大而重，下面小而輕。

　　此種寫作方式是目前媒體常用的寫作方式，亦即將新聞中最重要的消息寫在第一段，或是以“新聞提要”的方式呈現(xiàn)在新聞的最前端，此種方式有助于媒體編輯下標(biāo)題，亦有助于閱聽人快速清楚新聞重點(diǎn)。

　　基本格式（除了標(biāo)題）是：先在導(dǎo)語中寫一個(gè)新聞事件中最有新聞價(jià)值的部分（新聞價(jià)值通俗來講就是新聞中那些最突出，最新奇，最能吸引受眾的部分），比如一場球賽剛剛結(jié)束，觀眾/讀者/聽眾們最想知道的是結(jié)果，或者是某個(gè)球員的發(fā)揮情況，就先從這里寫起。

　　其次，在報(bào)道主體中按照事件各個(gè)要素的重要程度，依次遞減寫下來，最后面的是最不重要的。

　　同時(shí)注意，一個(gè)段落只寫一個(gè)事件要素，不能一段到底。

　　因?yàn)檫@種格式不是符合事件發(fā)展的基本時(shí)間順序，所以在寫作時(shí)要盡量從受眾的角度出發(fā)來構(gòu)思，按受眾對(duì)事件重要程度的認(rèn)識(shí)來安排事件要素。

　　把最重要的寫在前面，然后將各個(gè)事實(shí)按其重要性程度依次寫下去。

　　正金字塔式此種寫作方式剛好與“倒金字塔式”相反，是以時(shí)間發(fā)生順序作為行文結(jié)構(gòu)的寫作方式，依序分別是引言、過程、結(jié)果，采漸入高潮的方式，將新聞重點(diǎn)擺在文末，一般多用于特寫。

　　折衷式又叫新華體。

　　此種寫作方式為“倒金字塔式”、“正金字塔式”的折衷，亦即，新聞中最重要的訊息仍然在導(dǎo)言中呈現(xiàn)，接著，則依新聞的時(shí)間性或邏輯性敘述。

　　我們國家的新聞報(bào)道一般是遵循時(shí)間順序，但是這種“講故事”的寫法已經(jīng)不適合受眾的閱讀習(xí)慣（一般人沒有時(shí)間聽你講長篇大論），所以“新華體”在吸收中外新聞報(bào)道之長的情況下誕生了。

　　基本格式（除了標(biāo)題）是：先把事件中最重要的部分在導(dǎo)語中簡明地體現(xiàn)出來。

　　其次，在第二段進(jìn)一步具體闡述導(dǎo)語中的這個(gè)重要部分，形成支持，不至于使受眾在接受時(shí)形成心理落差。

　　因而，第二段實(shí)際上是一個(gè)過渡性段落。

　　再次，按照事件發(fā)展的時(shí)間順序把“故事”講下來。

　　平鋪直敘式顧名思義，此種寫作方式就是注重行文的起、承、轉(zhuǎn)、合，力求文字的流暢精準(zhǔn)。

　　對(duì)教師組織而言，由于時(shí)常必須發(fā)表對(duì)特定教育政策、事件的看法，此種寫作方式反而適合組織在發(fā)表聲明時(shí)使用。
