外商來華邀請函格式

　　辦理外商來華半年多次往返商務(wù)簽證、工作簽證和尼日利亞、伊拉克、伊朗、巴基斯坦、土耳其、斯里蘭卡、阿富汗以上7個國家一次、二次訪問簽證的企業(yè)，需到北京市商務(wù)局辦理。區(qū)縣商務(wù)局僅辦理除上述七個國家之外的一次、二次訪問簽證的邀請函。

　　一、操作步驟如下：

　　1.登錄北京市商務(wù)局在線服務(wù)平臺，123456；填寫“申請外商來訪報告表”并下載打印一式兩份，由單位負(fù)責(zé)人簽字同意，加蓋單位公章。將審批合格號填寫在“申請外商來訪報告表”的右上角“第號”位置；

　　2.攜帶材料如下：

　　邀請外國人來華安全管理保證函正本一份（法人簽字、單位蓋章）； ·負(fù)責(zé)人簽名并加蓋單位公章的《外國人來華申請報告表》一份；

　　邀請方申請函（注明外商來華目的，被邀請公司名稱，來華人員情況，在華行程等）；

　　邀請方營業(yè)執(zhí)照復(fù)印件；

　　入境人員護照復(fù)印件；

　　經(jīng)辦人身份證復(fù)印件；

　　二、注意事項：

　　1.不允許企業(yè)更改 “申請外商來華邀請函”用戶名和密碼。

　　2.企業(yè)要如實填寫“申請外商來訪報告表”的內(nèi)容。

　　3.企業(yè)須在客人來華15天前上報申請。

　　4.來華日期只填寫到年、月。
