　　寒假開始后的第一個(gè)星期天，陰冷的雨下了整整一天。然而，在國際大酒店五樓會(huì)議室里卻充滿著歡聲笑語，原來是卓越英語學(xué)校的卓越寶寶頒獎(jiǎng)晚會(huì)正在這里舉行。

　　晚會(huì)進(jìn)入高潮后，主持人隆重地向大家介紹，“下面有請(qǐng)C5班同學(xué)為大家表演英文歌曲合唱《捉泥鰍》�！� 我們懷著既緊張又興奮的心情登臺(tái)了，大家期待已久的這一刻終于到來了。我們C5班在學(xué)校圣誕歌曲比賽中獲得了第一名，后又經(jīng)過精心排練，被選為了本次晚會(huì)的主打節(jié)目。

　　C5班十多位同學(xué)穿上了統(tǒng)一的服裝，每個(gè)人還特意化了裝，臉部貼上亮閃閃的星星，面帶微笑地登上了舞臺(tái)。先是路易斯和克萊弗邊彈著道具吉他邊轉(zhuǎn)圈地走到舞臺(tái)中間，路易斯顯得特別滑稽，腳跺得很用力，似乎要給我們的英文歌添加一個(gè)歡快的.前奏。

The people were so angry that some brave ones suggested killing the king. So they wrote notes telling about the meeting place and time and put them into cakes. On the 15th day of the 8th lunar month every person was told to buy the cakes. When they ate them they discovered the notes. So they gathered together to make a sudden attack on the king.
