從圖中我們可以看出，有些學(xué)校只要學(xué)生努力學(xué)習(xí)他們的課程而忽略了對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)踐、溝通和組織能力的教育。這些學(xué)校把學(xué)習(xí)看作是最重要的，而其他能力，像溝通技巧和公眾頭腦意識(shí)則是沒(méi)有用的。

在我看來(lái)，一方面，學(xué)好課本知識(shí)取得優(yōu)異的學(xué)習(xí)小成績(jī)固然重要；但另一方面，培養(yǎng)其他方面的能力更重要。每個(gè)人都應(yīng)該成為善于交際和有能力，這樣他才能成為對(duì)社會(huì)有用的人。
