　　Directions: For this part, you are allowed 30 minutes to write a short essay on the topic of Immoral Behavior in Public. You should write at least 150 words following the outline given below:

　　To witness immoral behavior in public, one need only visit the Beijing subway. I still remember the first time I took the Beijing subway. It was an early morning. I was in a hurry to go to school. When I was trying to get a ticket, I found a lot of people waiting in front of me, but nobody was in the line.

　　只要訪問北京的地鐵，就可以目睹公眾場所的不道德行為。我還記得我第一次在北京做地鐵。那是一個清晨。我急于去學校。當我努力買票的時候，我發(fā)現(xiàn)很多人在前面等著，但是沒有一個人在排隊。

　　Immoral behaviors in public initiate a series of problems. One of the most serious ones is that it may exert a negative impact on our sense of social responsibility. We will keep ignoring other people’s rights and feelings, and in turn, we too will be disrespected some day.

　　公眾場所的不道德行為引發(fā)了一系列問題。其中最嚴重的是，它可能會對我們的社會責任感產生負面影響。我們將繼續(xù)忽視其他人的權利和感情，反過來，我們也有一天會不被尊重的。

　　The reform of this phenomenon is certainly not easy. With an eye on practical implementation and cost effectiveness , I propose that society make it clear in every way that people who fail to respect the common good will be seriously punished. Stricter policies for this should be made to correct this phenomenon as soon as possible.

　　改變這一現(xiàn)象肯定是不容易的。從實際的執(zhí)行和成本效益上看，我認為社會應該在各方面明確指出誰不尊重共同利益將受到嚴厲的懲罰。應該盡快制定這嚴厲的.政策來糾正這一現(xiàn)象。

　　We all expect “A World without Thieves". Everyone shares the huge responsibility of demonstrating his or her justice at the proper time. Personal responsibility is vital to build a harmonious socialist society.

　　To build a conservation-oriented society is the new concept for our country. How to make it? I think to build a conservation-oriented society can from two sides. Firstly, saving energy would be the first thing. We need to save all resource that we use in our daily life. We need to change our habit of extravagance and waste. Secondly, we had better try our best to recycle something so that we can have more resource to use. For example, the water that we have used to wash vegetable can be used to wash toilet again. If we can do these, I believe building a conservation-oriented society is not a difficult thing.

　　People say that father’s love likes a mountain: heavy and silent. It’s heavy because he puts all his love to us and it’s silent because he does not know how to express. Faced his love, we accept it silently without saying a word to show our appreciation.

　　人們說父愛就像一座大山，沉重而安靜。它沉重是因為他把所有的愛都給了我們，它安靜是因為他不知道怎樣表達他的愛。面對他的愛，我們一句話也不說，只是默默地接受它以表達我們的感激之情。

　　Before I was going to senior school, my father had never said a word to show his love to me, so that I thought he did not love me very much and sometimes I was upset about it. However, when I left home for senior school, he called me frequently and just asked me some simple questions like: how’s your study and life? When do you come home? or something like that. Gradually, I realize that he misses me although he would never say it out. So this is father’s love, not so obvious but definitely deep.
