The summer job is a tradition among students of American universities. Long before the end of the school year,students begin their search for jobs during vacation ( June, July, and August).
Students send letters to businesses, talk to employers about job opportunities durlng the summer, and ask friends and relarives to be on the lookout for jobs for them. By June the students have usually solved the problem and begin to make preparations for leaving their books to enter the business world.
Reasons for wanting a summer job are different from student to student. Some work to help pay their school expenses; others work to gain experience in their chosen professions; still others work just for the fun of it.
Typist, construction worker, salesman, lifeguard, and waiter these are some of the more common jobs that students try to find during the summer months. But many young people find work that is a little more unusual.

Secondly, more and more green or environmental promotions should be carried out. For example, use public transportation more frequently instead of private vehicles; print double-sided instead of one-sided to save papers. Furthermore, researches on clean energy and sustainable development should be enhanced. The natural resources on earth is not infinite and we should seek for a better method to protect our circumstance in the long run.

During the Days of Military Training The day we were looking forward to came at last----a week's military training began. During the training, each of us did his part in earnest. We drilled more than six hours a day, though it was very hot at the time. In the blazing sun, we always tried to measure up to the high standards which were demanded . Olny three days later our faces were tanned.We felt happy and proud of it . Our platoon officer was a young PLA man, about twenty years old.
