Around the tiger den, one group kept order to prevent accidents from happening. at the aquarium, another group worked as guides and advised visitors not to smoke. When some of us were doing cleaning, an old man praised us and said, well done, young fellows!

周五晚上，英語(yǔ)角舉行了一次活動(dòng)——“跳蚤”市場(chǎng)物品交易會(huì)。要求每人帶幾樣自己用不著，但別人還能用的物品進(jìn)行交換，買賣。我很感興趣，就報(bào)名參加了。
晚上七點(diǎn)，同學(xué)們都準(zhǔn)時(shí)來(lái)到了預(yù)約地點(diǎn)，老師作了簡(jiǎn)單解說(shuō)并宣布規(guī)則：商品買賣交換過(guò)程中，必須用英語(yǔ)交流。
同學(xué)們把桌子搬到走廊里，排成一排當(dāng)柜臺(tái)。賣家站在柜臺(tái)里展示商品，買家站在柜臺(tái)外面挑選商品。我來(lái)到自己的柜臺(tái)前放上“商品”：一對(duì)蠟燭臺(tái)、一個(gè)魔術(shù)球、一個(gè)鉛筆袋、四張蝴蝶楓葉書簽、兩瓶肥皂花、兩串手串和幾支筆。這些被我閑置了很久，準(zhǔn)備丟棄的東西，到這兒竟然變成了搶手貨，很快就吸引了眾多“愛(ài)好者”的眼球。大家都擁到我的柜臺(tái)前，摸摸這個(gè)，瞧瞧那個(gè)，全都兩眼放光。我還沒(méi)有定好價(jià)錢，就有很多人拿出鈔票往我手里塞，邊塞還邊說(shuō)：Iwantthis(我要這個(gè)),Iwantthat（我要那個(gè)）。最受歡迎的是“蝴蝶楓葉書簽”和“肥皂花”，很快被一搶而空。雖然都是以一元的低價(jià)賣出的，但是我依然很高興。因?yàn)槲沂堑谝淮芜@樣賺錢！

We didn＇t finish the work until three p.m.When I got home, I felt very tired. After supper I went to bed and fell asleep quickly.
