　　It was an April of many years ago， a little wild lion was found in a small village by a hunter。 The village was located beside a river。

　　One day hunter’s friend invited the hunter to his home and had a dinner。 His friend’s home was in urban， and it was far away from the hunter’s house。 So the hunter put the lion in his bedroom and drove the car to the subway station。

　　After a while hunter arrived his friend’s home。 They were chatting and eating during the whole evening。 When the hunter got back home， it was already ten o’clock。 He walked into his bedroom and yelled： “Oh！ Where is my lion？ It is gone！ Maybe someone stole it or it was hidden somewhere�！�

　　The next morning， the hunter still could not find the lion。 So he decided to go to the forest。 At noon， the hunter went into a big forest。 He saw an old house and there were many types of bacon in the house。 Suddenly a danger female lion appeared， and the little lion was sitting behind her。 Hunter suddenly realized that the little lion found his mom！

　　每天清晨，我都會被爺爺那嘰哩呱啦的英語聲給吵醒。你肯定會疑惑不解，告訴你吧，我爺爺隨著奧運(yùn)會的一天天臨近，竟然每天早上五點(diǎn)多鐘就開始學(xué)英語了。

　　爺爺常說："奧運(yùn)會是我們中國人的驕傲。"到時肯定會有許多外國人來我們張家港觀光旅游。如果走在大街上老外問咱們問題，咱們聽不懂，也不知道怎么說，肯定會讓他們笑話的。于是，爺爺就去"歐亞"報了個老年英語培訓(xùn)班。由于爺爺?shù)挠⒄Z基礎(chǔ)很差，學(xué)起來就特別的困難，再加上爺爺?shù)囊粋�門牙也掉了，發(fā)起音來更是費(fèi)勁，而且還要鬧笑話。雖然有這么多困難，但是爺爺很堅持，天天抱著復(fù)讀機(jī)聽個不停，還樂此不疲。

　　為了把英語學(xué)好，爺爺要求我和他用英語互相問候和對話。比如：每天早上他看到我起床就說一聲："Goodmorning（早上好）！"下午放學(xué)回家就說："Goodafternoon（下午好）！"等簡單的句子。有一次，我給爺爺?shù)沽吮�茶，他連忙說："Thankyou（謝謝）！"結(jié)果說成了"坦克油"，把我逗的捧腹大笑，差點(diǎn)把剛喝的水給噴了出來。在一旁吃飯的老爸更是笑得前俯后仰。奶奶也一邊笑一邊拍打著爺爺說："老頭子，你都這么大年紀(jì)了，普通話都說不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，還學(xué)英語呢，哈哈哈——"。爺爺故作鎮(zhèn)定的說："這有什么好笑的，不就是把音讀的.重了一點(diǎn)嘛！"我連忙告訴爺爺說："爺爺，如果你把音讀重了，就有可能變成另外一個意思，那樣的話，外國人就有可能理解錯誤的。"爺爺聽了迫不及待的讓我教他，我耐心的一遍又一遍教他發(fā)音。雖然他的發(fā)音還是不怎么標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可他堅持不懈的精神值得我們?nèi)�家人贊嘆。

　　爺爺身體不太好，還有糖尿病，醫(yī)生叮囑過爺爺要保證睡眠的充足，可爺爺為了學(xué)好英語，晚上仍然堅持去上老年英語培訓(xùn)班。爸爸也曾勸他多休息，擔(dān)心過分的勞累會影響他的身體。但他堅定的對我們?nèi)�家人說："為了北京的奧運(yùn)，再大的困難也要堅持！"

　　在爺爺?shù)牟恍概�力下，他的英語水平已有了一定的進(jìn)步，基本的一些口語他都能比較流利的說出來。值得驕傲的是，在爺爺?shù)膸�動下，我們小區(qū)里的一些老年人都開始學(xué)起了英語，報上了老年英語培訓(xùn)班。

　　爺爺不僅有中國人的骨氣，還具有堅持不懈的精神。爺爺這種活到老學(xué)到老的精神，真值得我佩服！

　　電視里正在播放少兒英語節(jié)目，我坐在電視機(jī)前，也跟著一起說讀。這時，爺爺做完飯從廚房走了過來，笑著說：“航航，你英語說得這么好，能不能教教我？”，爺爺買上是快70歲的人了，還要學(xué)英語？我真的不敢相信自己的耳朵，還拍了拍自己的頭，以為自己是在做夢。我對爺爺說： “爺爺，我的英語說得真的不好，您找別人學(xué)吧！”。“你就別吹牛了，你的.英語說得好的很！”我也說不過爺爺，只能來教爺爺英語。

　　我們來到房間里，我開始教爺爺最簡單的英文單詞。我這個小老師像模像樣的從抽屜上拿出一張白色卡紙，在上面寫了一五個英語單詞，開始認(rèn)真教讀起來。最好笑的要數(shù)地三個英文單詞的時候了。我用手指著“banana”這個英文單詞，故意將小嘴的動作弄得很夸張，爺爺也跟著讀起來。看著她那很一本正經(jīng)的樣子，我這個小老師該很敬業(yè)才是呀，要不然就太對不住奶奶了。于是，我提升了難度，把這個英文單詞的寫法告訴了爺爺。只見爺爺握著鋼筆筆，照葫蘆畫瓢的在本子上寫下了“banana”，還不停地念著：“不拉了，不拉了……”我聽了，不禁笑起來了。哈哈，爺爺快70歲的人，還想學(xué)英語，還學(xué)得這么投入，真是一件新的事。
