今天是薈城第一小學(xué)302班競選班長的大日子。學(xué)校的相關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)特地請了薈城日報的記者全程采訪這件事。薈城第一小學(xué)引進國外先進的教育管理模式，與自身特點相結(jié)合，走出了一個具有中國特色的小學(xué)教育之路。每學(xué)期的班長競選就是其中一項。
大清早的競選班長的候選人已經(jīng)到了，大包小包的'拎著東西。里面有糖，有果汁，有方便面，還有玩具，這些都是給自己的支持者準(zhǔn)備的。當(dāng)然不能缺少一份激昂的演講辭。比如，“如果我當(dāng)上班長，我一定認(rèn)真履行班長這個職位賦予我的權(quán)利和義務(wù)，我也希望各級班干部能夠統(tǒng)一在班委會的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，走富國強民之路。緊跟學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大計方針，貫徹落實三個一切思想，即‘一切為了學(xué)生，為了學(xué)生的一切，為了一切的學(xué)生’，遵守小學(xué)生行為法則”班長競選的時候，記者們聽到這樣慷慨激昂的演講，自愧不如，想當(dāng)年自己讀小學(xué)生三年級的時候大字不認(rèn)識幾個，哪還有這邏輯。所以說時代在進步，孩子也提前熟了。
班長競選了花了一個上午時間，總的來說圓滿完成任務(wù)，雖然中途也出現(xiàn)了一些小的問題，但影響不了大局。第二日薈城第一小學(xué)又這么火了。

用完課間餐，我們急匆匆地來到教室，說也奇怪，以往到了這個時間，我就會忍不住犯困，可今天是最后一節(jié)英語課，我卻精力十足！
老師給我們每人發(fā)了一篇小短文，要求我們一個詞一個詞地理解，并把已掌握的'詞填寫在卡片上。老師一再強調(diào)會的才寫，懂就是懂，不懂就是不懂，還反復(fù)地給我們提要求。這時，我覺得老師就像媽媽一樣，苦口婆心地教導(dǎo)我們。
剛完成這節(jié)課的第一個任務(wù)，老師又馬上布置了第二個任務(wù)，就是一邊聽故事一邊看書跟讀，可故事中有著許多深奧難懂的詞句，一口氣讀下來，真不容易��！
好不容易讀完了，老師又讓我們寫感想體會，平時我積累的詞匯量不是特別多，一時半會兒想不出幾句話。這時，我有捉襟見肘的尷尬，心想，自己的英語學(xué)習(xí)還有相當(dāng)長的路要走。
