　　Health is the most important. People all agree that this is our home especially my mother and I.

　　Exercise is good for health. So our family together in free time walking along the river.

　　For most people it is important to have enough sleep time. But now I am a graduating high school students lack of sleep sometimes. But I'll take a nap the gap by car on Saturday though rarely but to do that was enough.
