Next but not least, as we all know that pressure can be converted into the power struggle. Besides pressure have an impact on work. So when stress does occur, it is essential to recognize and deal with it, because it can be beneficial to reduce stress.

　　As far as I am concerned, pressure is inevitable. On the one hand, we are supposed to take all kinds of methods to reduce stress.
