　　我懷著既期待又緊張的心情準備，在練習的過程中，英語老師為了要我適應計時鈴聲，控制好說完故事的時間，模擬了比賽鈴聲響起的各種突發(fā)狀況。當我第一次練習聽到催促的鈴聲，我心想：“天�。〕^時間會被評審扣分！”頓時，我難過得流下傷心的眼淚。老師頻頻安慰我，要我心平氣和熟悉比賽的氣氛。

　　經(jīng)過反覆的練習，我漸漸的適應鈴聲所帶給我的影響，并且能駕輕就熟的把握時間，最后，我終于能在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)說完故事，也得到更多的'自信。
