記得剛上一年級(jí)時(shí)，我性格內(nèi)向，上課不敢舉手發(fā)言，王老師見狀，課下便與我溝通，為了鼓勵(lì)我，她讓我在英語早讀時(shí)做領(lǐng)讀員帶領(lǐng)全班領(lǐng)讀，這對(duì)我來說是個(gè)大大的鼓勵(lì)�，F(xiàn)在，無論上什么課我都積極舉手發(fā)言，這對(duì)我的自信心及各科成績(jī)都有很大幫助。
