　　7月26日至8月9日，我在華美學(xué)校參加了夏令營(yíng)，度過了一段有趣又快樂的時(shí)光。

　　夏令營(yíng)里的學(xué)習(xí)與生活多姿多彩，不僅有快樂無窮的外出活動(dòng)，還有精彩的校內(nèi)活動(dòng)，水上拔河比賽、水上捉魚比賽、嘉年華活動(dòng)等，都讓人流連忘返。然而，最有趣的是每天晚上六點(diǎn)半至七點(diǎn)的英語角活動(dòng)。活動(dòng)的基本要求是：你要在課堂上有好的表現(xiàn)，老師就會(huì)發(fā)給一張可以到英語Shopping購買商品的錢幣。這種錢幣硬硬的，外表圖案是美元的一元幣，其實(shí)這就是華美夏令營(yíng)特制的仿真美元。如果你沒有獲得美元，四年級(jí)以下的小朋友用英語說上四五句話，四年級(jí)以上的大孩子用英語說上十句有難度的話，也可以買到一些東西。這是一個(gè)英語活動(dòng)，要求全程都用英語對(duì)話。英語Shopping配有一個(gè)外教和兩個(gè)助教，他們相當(dāng)于商店老板與店員。每天晚上六點(diǎn)半至七點(diǎn)就是英語Shopping的開放時(shí)間，有許多小朋友排著隊(duì)，拿著自己英語課上得來的仿真美元來購買自己喜歡吃的'東西。每天晚上的這個(gè)時(shí)候，在英語Shopping外面排隊(duì)的人特別多，真可謂是摩肩接踵，把外教和助教忙得不亦樂乎。當(dāng)然，來英語Shopping買東西的人以低年級(jí)的比較多，雖然排隊(duì)有點(diǎn)累，但從英語Shopping的活動(dòng)中，他們可以鍛煉自己的英語口語，讓自己學(xué)到的英語知識(shí)得到運(yùn)動(dòng)。如果自己的英語口語不是很好，可以通過這個(gè)活動(dòng)得到加強(qiáng)。

　　這是一個(gè)別具一格的英語教學(xué)活動(dòng)。在這個(gè)夏令營(yíng)中我也經(jīng)常會(huì)參加這個(gè)活動(dòng)，讓我們收獲了成績(jī)，更收獲了快樂！

But when he gets there, he sees a lady already in. There are no other public telephones nearby, so he has .to wait. He waits and waits. The lady on the phone is just talking andlaughing. She seems as if she doesn t notice Frank. After about half an hour, the lady puts down the receiver. Frank feels a bit released. She is finished finally, he thinks. But to his surprise, the lady picks it up again, fishes a coin from her pocket and pushes it into the slot. "Oh, no!" Frank says to himself. "She is making another call."
