　　Far and away the most important holiday in China is Spring Festival， also known as the Chinese New Year． To the Chinese people it is as important as Christmas to people in the West．

　　The dates for this annual celebration are determined by the lunar calendar rather than the Gregorian calendar， so the timing of the holiday varies from late January to early February．To the ordinary Chinese， the festival actually begins on the eve of the lunar New Year's Day and ends on the fifth day of the first month of the lunar calendar．

　　But the 15th of the first month， which normally is called the Lantern Festival， means the official end of the Spring Festival in many parts of the country．

　　和往常一樣，學(xué)完這幾個單詞后，就到了做親子游戲時間了。老師拿著幾支不同顏色的筆，然后舉起來給我們和家長看。于是就叫了我和媽媽上臺，我開心地跑上了講臺，媽媽在臺下，老師讓媽媽隨便抽了一種顏色的的筆，并把手上的'筆藏在背后，讓我用英語猜出筆得顏色。

　　第一次我信心滿滿的說出了（pink）就是粉色，因為我很喜歡粉色，可是我聽見同學(xué)們大聲說：“no！”我又猜第二個我喜歡的顏色（blue）藍(lán)色，可是又聽見同學(xué)們說：“no！”這時我很慌張，心想：“這回可糟了�！笨隙ú虏粚�，得不到貼紙了。

　　老師站在旁邊看出了我焦急地樣子，提示說：“你衣服上有的顏色�！崩蠋熆次野胩鞗]反應(yīng)，又提示說：“你鞋子上的顏色�！边@時，我才恍然大悟，大聲地說：“red”。老師微笑著給了我四張貼紙。
