　　When we go to the dining hall of our college, we use disposable chopsticks. Those chopsticks are made of wood, and the wood comes from our forest.

　　It is always easy for people to accept things which can bring convenience to them. So when the disposable utensils come into use, they become popular at once. Countless chopsticks are discarded after eachmeal. People get used to it, but Nature does not. Therefore, sandstorms ravage the land; desert expands its territory; floods and droughts claim lives and property. Nature is expressing her objection to such convenience in her own way for the loss of her forest.

　　It is high time we stopped pursuing convenience regardless of Natare. Although their is a long way for us to go to raise everyone‘s awareness of environmental protection, we must try our best to let everyone love and protect our Mother Nature, for her sake and for our own sake as well.

A green environment can bring us pleasure, beauty and fresh air. Trees, lawns and flowers will make our cities more pleasing to both the eye and the mind, improve the weather conditions and provide fresh air, all of which will no doubt do us a lot of good.

　　I suggest that the whole city go all out every spring to plant new trees, build new lawns in and around the city, and everyone should take care of and protect the trees, lawns and flowers, and educate the children to love them. Then year after year, our cities will become greener, more beautiful and livable.

However, when he just went to the middle of the street, a car suddenly appeared at his right-hand side and came directly towards him. The driver drove fast and it was too late to dodge. Allee was knocked down by a few meters away. He was taken to the hospital immediately and had a surgery. Last night, I visited to him. He looked pale although he was out of danger.
