My mother works at a L.D.T. My mother has long black hair. She likes sports and traveling, so I often go on sports with my mother. On holidays my family often go to travel. 邀請(qǐng)函是邀請(qǐng)親朋好友或知名人士、專家等參加某項(xiàng)活動(dòng)時(shí)所發(fā)的請(qǐng)約性書(shū)信。它是現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中常用的一種日常應(yīng)用寫(xiě)作文種。 邀請(qǐng)函的格式主要有四個(gè)部分，分別是標(biāo)題、稱謂、正文、落款。
一、標(biāo)題
由活動(dòng)名稱和文種名組成，還可包括個(gè)性化的.活動(dòng)主題標(biāo)語(yǔ)。如“XX公司年終客戶答謝會(huì)邀請(qǐng)函”�；顒�(dòng)主題標(biāo)語(yǔ)可以體現(xiàn)舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。
二、稱謂
邀請(qǐng)函的稱謂使用“統(tǒng)稱”，并在統(tǒng)稱前加敬語(yǔ)。如 ，“尊敬的× × ×先生/女士”或“尊敬的× × ×總經(jīng)理(局長(zhǎng))”。
三、正文
邀請(qǐng)函的正文是指商務(wù)禮儀活動(dòng)主辦方正式告知被邀請(qǐng)方舉辦活動(dòng)的緣由、目的、事項(xiàng)及要求，寫(xiě)明活動(dòng)的日程安排、時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)，并對(duì)被邀請(qǐng)方發(fā)出得體、誠(chéng)摯的邀請(qǐng)。正文結(jié)尾一般要寫(xiě)常用的邀請(qǐng)慣用語(yǔ)。如“敬請(qǐng)光臨”、“歡迎光臨”。
