Personal credit cards are becoming more common in China. Banks and other financial institutions are encouraging their customers to change the way they buy things. Credit cards, otherwise known as “plastic money”, are being offered on very good terms to encourage the change. Consumers will be able to “buy now, pay later”, and many see this as an advantage.
But people need to be careful. There are dangers associated with credit cards. Some people find it very easy to exceed their budget. They are tempted to purchase goods that they do not really need, and can become quickly overburdened by debt. The credit cards often charge a high rate of interest, which exacerbates the problems for these people.
However, used wisely credit cards can improve the quality of people’s lives. They can give people access to money to meet sudden unplanned expenses. Properly handled, they can let people control their expenditure and the monthly statements provide a record of where their money has gone.

這次去歐洲旅游,我收獲很多,其中有一點就是讓我對學習英語的體會又深了一層。
去歐洲之前,我學英語時基本都是啞巴英語,從來不去大聲讀,發(fā)音總是不標準,而且學習過程中沒有興趣,所以雖然反復學但是效果不好,學習效率很低,浪費了很多時間。
在歐洲,我發(fā)現(xiàn)熟練掌握英語非常重要,無論是在旅游景點還是購物商場,英語總是通用的語音,在很多情況下,由于英語不好,不能準確地表達出自己的想法,而產生很多遺憾。在盧浮宮參觀時,雖然有英文的講解器,但因為聽不懂,就不能更好的欣賞這個藝術寶庫。在意大利,就連最簡單的買冰激凌,由于不會用英語說“香草”這個詞,也無法品嘗更多地口味。這樣的`事情,幾乎每天都會發(fā)生。所以在國外時,我就暗暗下了決心,今后一定要認真學習外語,熟練掌握好外語。還有一點,我看到外國人說英語時口型都是非?鋸埖,有時嘴巴張得很大,有時嘴巴撅得很厲害。我回想了一下自己的發(fā)音,說英語時口型和漢語發(fā)音差不多,口型不到位,發(fā)音自然也不會標準了。
有了這兩點體會,我對英語的學習有了更多的動力和認識;貒笤诩倨诶飳W習音標時,我開始大聲地練習,丟掉了以前的不好意思,盡量的把口型做到位,發(fā)音慢慢地糾正過來。當然,今后我還要繼續(xù)持久的練習,期待下次出國游時,我可以說的更多,聽得更多!

雖然那句歌詞很對:“全世界都在學中國話,孔夫子的話越來越國際化”但是畢竟?jié)h語對外國人來說還是有很大的難度,所以英語作為世界通用世界語言,是聯(lián)合國的工作語言之一,也是事實上的國際交流語言。英語也是與計算機聯(lián)系最密切的語言,大多數(shù)編程語言都與英語有聯(lián)系,而且隨著互聯(lián)網的使用,使英文的使用更普及。所以我們更加應該學習英語,別說你是中國人,你愛國。那只是你懶惰的借口,學英語就不愛國,那是更加的愛國。那么問題來了,到底該怎樣學習英語呢,我說說我的有效方法。
第一讀。我們中國人學英語存在著很大的`問題,那就是啞巴英語。我們懂得很多英語知識,但是卻不會說,不能運用到實際中去,也不能和外國人交流,所以曾還有時間多讀單詞和課文,英語口語是非常重要的,看。我們不僅要看書上的知識,還有很多人可能會選擇看美劇來提高自己的英語,但是我們卻不知覺地去看中文字幕,but,如果看純英文字幕我們就什么都看不懂。所以建議大家在長時間里只看一部英文電影而且不要像我一樣到了大學才后悔當初沒有好啊后讀英語,現(xiàn)在都沒有時間去讀。
第二是純英文字幕的,反復看,不懂就查,這樣兩個月英語水平就會得到很大的提升。其實這也是我的老師交給我的方法,我實驗過,很管用。
第三聽。如果聽不懂英語我們就很難和外國人交流,所以聽力也是個不可忽視的重點,我的高考就被聽力狠狠地拉了后腿,現(xiàn)在都在猛補,聽力是不是一兩天就能提高的,除了練習聽力題外要明白不是為考試而去練習聽力的,所以做好是聽下英文的廣播,這樣提升速度更快。
第四寫。俗話說得話,好記性不如爛筆頭,我們看見新的單詞就要多寫,因為就算一時能記住,但也不能保證以后會不會往,畢竟英語單詞太多。還有新的語法最好就寫進自己的作文里,這樣印象更深刻,就會更好的用到實際中去。
綜上所述,學英語不能太單向與某一方面,要適當?shù)亟Y合的把讀、看、聽、寫想結合。當然這四點做到了一定要把相關的知識運用到實際中去,知識是死的,但人是活的,只要我們勤奮才能把知識變活。

Nowadays the people are enjoying a more comfortable life and many people are suffering from obesity. Thus, losing weight becomes very popular.
However, weight reducing is a tricky topic. Some people lose weight quickly by crash dieting or other extreme measures. This will not help them lose weight since they usually gain back all of the pounds they lost because they havent permanently changed their habits. Whats worse, sometimes these extreme measures will affect the individuals health.
In my view, before one decides to lose weight, he first of all should make it clear whether he should or not lose weight. The best way to find out if you are at a healthy weight or if you need to lose or gain weight is to talk to a doctor or dietitian. He or she can compare your weight with healthy norms to help you set realistic goals. If it turns out that you would benefit from weight loss then you can follow a few of the simple suggestions which are widely accepted by weight reducing experts to get it started.
