　　“葉是真的綠嗎？花是真的香嗎？我的英語(yǔ)是真的差嗎？”這是我每天都要問(wèn)自己的問(wèn)題。我身為一名班長(zhǎng)，其它哪科都不賴(lài)，但英語(yǔ)卻單單是個(gè)例外。

　　記得剛上初一時(shí)，一次英語(yǔ)課上英語(yǔ)老師讓全班寫(xiě)一篇不少于70詞的作文，不可以抄襲他人的，限時(shí)45分鐘。我看著我同桌和班上其他人的筆在紙上刷刷動(dòng)個(gè)不停。再看看自己的紙上只有一個(gè)題目和一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)短的自我介紹，想努力想起一個(gè)句子，可腦海中卻浮現(xiàn)不出任何一個(gè)單詞。猛地抬頭卻對(duì)上了英語(yǔ)老師那透著對(duì)我濃濃失望的眸子，心中猛地一顫，失落感和后悔感在心中彌漫開(kāi)來(lái)。

Any new invention has its drawbacks, and such negative aspects cannot always diminish its popularity. Despite the negative effects of television, for example, the number of people who own televisions continues to grow at a tremendous rate. This is also the case with mobile phones. People won't stop eating just because of the risk of choking. In addition, the swift development of science and technology will likely eliminate the hazards cell phones may cause. One can safely predict, therefore, that with the introduction of new techniques, mobile phones will have more applications and become even more appealing to customers.
