　　1、語言準(zhǔn)確

　　小作文的語言要求并不高。不需要語言過于華麗和復(fù)雜。只要意思表達(dá)清楚，做到準(zhǔn)確就可以了。所以同學(xué)們在寫小作文時(shí)，要注意自己單詞拼寫以及句子的結(jié)構(gòu)。同學(xué)們經(jīng)常犯的錯(cuò)誤，比如時(shí)態(tài)，單復(fù)數(shù)，主謂一致等問題。在寫的.時(shí)候，一定要細(xì)心。此外，還要注意標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號，尤其是逗號和句號的使用。

　　2、格式正確

　　書信的格式有兩種齊頭式和縮進(jìn)式。同學(xué)們對于縮進(jìn)式很熟悉。所以這里主要說一說縮進(jìn)式。用縮進(jìn)式寫作文時(shí)，首先頂格寫稱呼，寫完稱呼后，之后加逗號。下面是正文部分，寫三段。每一段開頭向里縮進(jìn)4個(gè)英文字符的距離。寫完正文之后，最后是結(jié)尾部分。結(jié)尾部分包括禮貌用語，可以寫Sincerely yours，最后再寫署名。

　　3、語域恰當(dāng)

　　所謂語域，就是對于不同的寫信對象，需要使用恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z言。在這里，統(tǒng)一要求同學(xué)們用正式文體寫。使用正式文體時(shí)，需要注意盡量不要使用表示命令的語氣，例如表示命令的祈使句和must、should。還有盡量不要使用縮寫。

　　4、信息完整

　　信息完整指的是各類書信所包含的信息要點(diǎn)要完整。當(dāng)然書信的類型不同，所包含的信息要點(diǎn)也不同。所以就需要同學(xué)們總結(jié)好每類書信的寫作思路以及語言表達(dá)。
