　　How to keep healthy /fit? Here is my advice about how to keep healthy/fit. As a middle shool student. first you’d better do more exercise such as playing ball games , running, swimming and jumping ropes(繩子). Then you should pay attention to your diet or meals. Don’t eat too much meat or suger ,but more vegetables and fruit.Third you need enough sleep or rest . 　　“叮鈴鈴”隨著上課鈴聲響起，我們?nèi)嗤瑢W(xué)邁著整齊的步伐，懷著好奇的心情來到了學(xué)校小禮堂。張老師把椅子擺成一個大圓圈，讓大家坐下，便開始了有趣的.“English Bar”。一開始，我們面對那么多的外校老師，比較緊張，不敢與張老師進行互動，生怕自己出錯。張老師發(fā)現(xiàn)我們的擔(dān)心，便用幽默的語言和動作提示我們“別害怕，放松點。跟我一起Play！”于是我們在張老師的引導(dǎo)下，逐漸變得大膽、開朗。

　　接下來，我們分組玩“搶凳子”游戲，大家都繞著凳子轉(zhuǎn)，張老師先說出一個節(jié)日，在說節(jié)日的活動名稱，如果活動不是這個對應(yīng)的節(jié)日，我們就趕緊坐下，沒坐下的同學(xué)將被“淘汰”。最后那位勝利的同學(xué)將得到一個“Star”。游戲開始了，每個人都小心翼翼地邊走邊聽，生怕老師說出的單詞沒聽清楚，等到還沒反應(yīng)過來就已經(jīng)被淘汰了。更有趣的是，每當(dāng)張老師說出不同類的英語單詞和詞組，我都聚精會神地聽著，很快就找到了座位，有的同學(xué)跑來跑去尋找座位。最后我成了我們這一組的冠軍，張老師獎勵了我一支精巧可愛的圓珠筆作為小禮物。

　　之后，我們還玩了許多小游戲，大家都非常開心，也越來越投入。轉(zhuǎn)眼到了下課的時間，有趣又快樂的英語課在我們的歡笑聲中結(jié)束了。這堂別開生面的英語課里，我們不僅學(xué)習(xí)了知識，還收獲了快樂和成功。
