　　1.教師要更新教學觀念

　　隨著素質(zhì)教育和課程教育改革的'不斷深入和發(fā)展，傳統(tǒng)應試教育的理念已然不能適應當前的時代潮流。因此，初中英語教師應轉(zhuǎn)變觀點，對于英語作文的教學有一個全面、深刻、科學的認識，絕不能為了短期的目的，急功近利地讓學生進行一些寫作模板訓練，而且應該有效結(jié)合學生的長短期發(fā)展，著力于激發(fā)學生的寫作興趣，啟迪學生思維，促進學生英語水平和綜合素質(zhì)的提高。

　　“萬丈高樓，平地起”，如果說作文是一棟大廈，那么詞匯就是這棟大廈的磚瓦，語法就是大廈的框架，二者缺一不可。英語基礎(chǔ)知識是寫作的基礎(chǔ)，教師必須注重采用多種教學方法，緊抓學生基礎(chǔ)知識的教學。實踐教學中，要求每一個學生牢牢掌握一個單元的單詞、詞組、習慣用語和句型，并且能夠靈活應用。常常設(shè)置教學練習，幫助學生鞏固知識，提高他們的英語思維和表達能力。
