　　My Chinese name Lin Langwei. David is my English name. I am ten. Because I don’t like eat meat I’m thin and short. I live in Dongguan---a very beautiful city. I have a happy family. There are five people in my family. I love all of them.

　　I’m a clever and naughty boy. In my spare time I usually play table tennis. I sometimes play basketball because I want to be taller than now. Et the weekends, I often go swimming. So I am healthy though I am thin. But my study is so so. I must study hard. This is me. Do you know me?

　　說起我懂得了哪些，我能用英文而言：“I can spea English�。ㄎ夷苷f英文了）�！笨稍谖覍W習培訓的全過程之中，擁有酸、甜、苦、辣這好多個短故事呢！

　　酸

　　我入門的情況下，只聽到老師用我聽不懂的英文來問好大家，我一下就暈頭暈腦了，但我只能跟隨老師，看見書，了解一個單詞算一個，再把一個一個語句了解，由于如果不那樣，就相當于浪費了那巨額的培訓費。聽著老師一個個單詞如流水般從口中滴下來：哪些“三克油（Thank you）”，哪些“哈羅單車（Hello）”，哪些“估的'摸林（Goodmorning）”……搞得我頭暈腦脹，啼笑皆非。這“酸酸”的覺得可真難受呀！

　　甜

　　暑期我出入了英語音標班和單詞班，打好啦一定的基本，原本我要學好多個童話劇才可以進到鋼琴考級班，可是老師見我跟得快，應當能夠追上她們，因此我也“跳級”了。聽見這一信息，我內(nèi)心的哪個甜呀，比樂不可支還樂不可支！

　　苦

　　但是好景不常，由于我的膽量較小，因此老師提出問題叫我回應時，我焦慮不安無比，答起來支支吾吾，眼巴巴令人看熱鬧，并且有幾日身體不適，課也沒聽進來，還被老師“K”了一頓——訓了一頓，之后老師了解真實情況了，就要我保重身體，快點兒好起來。落下來的課全是媽媽幫我補的。這苦味道真是比不加糖的現(xiàn)磨咖啡還苦！

　　辣

　　歷經(jīng)和老師學生們長期交往，我逐漸融入了這兒的生活，回應干干脆脆，提出問題急急忙忙，伸手積極主動，每一次打游戲都把臉蛋玩得紅通通，也受老師“寵溺”，全部一個“辣妹子”。

　　如今，歷經(jīng)很多挫敗，我已明白了許多的英語專業(yè)知識，學會了很多單詞的應用，這可和我平時的勤奮脫不開關聯(lián)呀。這可真應了一句話：“沒經(jīng)一番徹骨寒，怎得桂花香氣撲鼻香�！�

　　Living in the 21st century offers certain advantages,such as a higher standard of living, but it also has some disadvantages, such as a polluted environment.

　　To begin with, most people now have more money for less hard work. They earn higher salaries than before and enjoy better social security, such as social welfare for laid-off workers and disability insurance.

　　Secondly, because of the advance in medical technology which leads to better medical care and treatment, people’s life expectancy is longer. Moreover, most people now can afford to buy foods of high nutrition and enjoy their leisure time.
