Why I am happy? I have group of friends that come over to celebrate with me. And they give me birthday presents， sometimes the gifts surprised me very much. Also， I can feel how much my family loves me because my parents always make a birthday cake for me.
They do not go to buy one， but make one themselves. I feel so happy about that. However， I understand my mother was the one who suffered the most pain on the date I came to the world. I feel so sorry for my mother for what she had suffered. But I promise her， I will take good care of her when I have that ability.

20xx年金秋，我來到北京的圓明園。園門早已面目全非，成為滿地碎石。兩只石獅遍體鱗傷，其中一只竟然被劈成兩半，一半躺在地上成為“睡獅”，另一半仍堅強地站在基座上。這一只半石獅站在“大門”兩側，訴說著圓明園當年悲慘的歷史......
走過“大門”，一段被炸毀的石墻無助地靠在兩棵枯死的松樹上，讓我不禁想起八國聯(lián)軍大肆掠奪的'情景:有的搬走稀世珍寶，有的毀壞搬不走的無價之寶，還有的炮轟舉世無雙的建筑……
走過滿地碎石的殘垣斷壁，一處干涸的池塘展現(xiàn)在眼前，它就是海晏堂。岸邊12個大理石基座傷痕累累，上面精美絕倫而殘缺的浮雕，仍能見證曾經的輝煌。這上面曾放著惟妙惟肖、聞名遐邇的12生肖銅首，此時，它們早已蕩然無存，大多不知下落，流落異鄉(xiāng)�！蔼氃诋愢l(xiāng)為異客，每逢佳節(jié)倍思親�！蔽蚁�，這些失落的銅首，在我們歡慶祖國日益強大的時候，一定翹首以盼，渴望早日回歸祖國！
海晏堂后，是曾經金碧輝煌的大水法。如今只剩下化為石堆的儲水塔和一堆七零八落的石柱：一些被攔腰截為兩段，一些被“碎尸”萬段，還有一些凄慘地橫倒在地，仰天長嘯......我驚愕：如此堅硬的石柱，在侵略的炮火中也灰飛煙滅，可見當年那群貪婪的小鬼是多么猖狂！
繞過大水法，依次參觀了萬花陣、養(yǎng)雀籠......當年這里曾是神話和奇跡般的“萬園之園”，如今已在兩天兩夜，火光沖天的洗劫下，變成一片廢墟！

一、評分原則
1. CET是檢查考生是否達到大學英語教學大綱規(guī)定的四級和六級教學要求，對作文的評判應以此為準則。
2. CET作文題采用總體評分(Global Scoring)方法。閱卷人員就總的印象給出獎勵分(Reward Scores)，而不是按語言點的錯誤數(shù)目扣分。
3. 從內容和語言兩個方面對作文進行綜合評判。內容和語言是一個統(tǒng)一體。作文應表達題目所規(guī)定的內容，而內容要通過語言來表達。要考慮作文是否切題，是否充分表達思想，也要考慮是否用英語清楚而和合適地表達思想，也就是要考慮語言上的錯誤是否造成理解上的障礙。
4. 避免趨中傾向。該給高分給高分，包括滿分;該給低分給低分，包括零分。一名閱卷人員在所評閱的全部作文卷中不應只給中間的.幾種分數(shù)。
5. 所發(fā)樣卷一律不得翻印，嚴禁出版，一經發(fā)現(xiàn)，必予追究。
二、評分標準
1. 本題滿分為15分
2. 閱卷標準共分五等：2分、5分、8分、11分及14分。各有標準樣卷一至二份。
3. 閱卷人員根據(jù)閱卷標準，對照樣卷評分，若認為所閱文章與某一分數(shù)(如8分)相似，即定為該分數(shù)(即8分);若認為所閱文章稍優(yōu)或稍劣于該分數(shù)則可加一分(即9分)或減一分(即7分)。但不得加或減半分。

5. 2分——條理不清，思路紊亂，語言支離破碎或大部分句子均有錯誤，且多數(shù)為嚴重錯誤。
5分——基本切題。表達思想不清楚，連貫性差。有較多的嚴重語言錯誤。
8分——基本切題。有些地方表達思想不夠清楚，文字勉強連貫;語言錯誤相當多，其中有一些是嚴重錯誤。
11分——切題。表達思想清楚，文字連貫，但有少量語言錯誤。
14分——切題。表達思想清楚，文字通順、連貫，基本上無語言錯誤，僅有個別小錯。
[注：白卷，作文與題目毫不相關，或只有幾個孤立的詞而無法表達思想，則給0分。]
