　　I am Ruby. I’m 13. Now let me tell you something about my weekend.

　　I often read books, do housework and play sports on the weekend. But last Sunday was my grandma’s birthday. So I bought presents for my grandma on Saturday morning. Then I went to the bookstore in the afternoon. I like reading story-books. I found them very interesting. So I bought some story-books and a notebook. Then I went home.

　　On Sunday morning I visited my grandparents with my parents. We went shopping together. In the afternoon we went fishing. We had a big dinner in the evening. After dinner, we watched TV together. We were very happy.

　　I am going to Dongguan next weekend. I think it is going to be busy. I hope everyone can enjoy their weekends.

　　How to improve psychological health?

　　As is known to all, psychological health is as important as, if not more important than, physical health for a student during his/her growth. However, it’s quite worrying that nowadays some students are not quite psychologically healthy.

　　Undoubtedly, schools and universities should take great account in the responsibilities of students’ psychological health. Relevant courses and activities should be introduced to students so that they would be more aware of the significance of psychological health and find appropriate ways to maintain and improve it. For example, there should be a psychological counseling hotline or office for students to turn to when they need some psychological aid.

　　Of course no psychological health can be obtained without the efforts from the students themselves. From my perspective, what they can do is trying to stay positive, optimistic and follow the right guidelines from their schools. To be more specific, they can participate in some activities such as voluntary work to cultivate an opening and caring mind. Meanwhile, harmful impacts from the cyber space should definitely be avoided.

But when I raised my head, I found a face so beautiful and so sweet that I could not refuse to fall for. I smiled as handsome as possible and ask: “ I’m sorry, are you OK?” For my kindness, as well with my later hard chasing, that girl became my girl-friend. This is really a memorable experience for me!

　　酸

　　我入門的情況下，只聽到老師用我聽不懂的英文來問好大家，我一下就暈頭暈?zāi)X了，但我只能跟隨老師，看見書，了解一個(gè)單詞算一個(gè)，再把一個(gè)一個(gè)語句了解，由于如果不那樣，就相當(dāng)于浪費(fèi)了那巨額的培訓(xùn)費(fèi)。聽著老師一個(gè)個(gè)單詞如流水般從口中滴下來：哪些“三克油（Thank you）”，哪些“哈羅單車（Hello）”，哪些“估的摸林（Goodmorning）”……搞得我頭暈?zāi)X脹，啼笑皆非。這“酸酸”的覺得可真難受呀！

　　甜

　　暑期我出入了英語音標(biāo)班和單詞班，打好啦一定的基本，原本我要學(xué)好多個(gè)童話劇才可以進(jìn)到鋼琴考級(jí)班，可是老師見我跟得快，應(yīng)當(dāng)能夠追上她們，因此我也“跳級(jí)”了。聽見這一信息，我內(nèi)心的哪個(gè)甜呀，比樂不可支還樂不可支！

　　苦

　　但是好景不常，由于我的膽量較小，因此老師提出問題叫我回應(yīng)時(shí)，我焦慮不安無比，答起來支支吾吾，眼巴巴令人看熱鬧，并且有幾日身體不適，課也沒聽進(jìn)來，還被老師“K”了一頓——訓(xùn)了一頓，之后老師了解真實(shí)情況了，就要我保重身體，快點(diǎn)兒好起來。落下來的課全是媽媽幫我補(bǔ)的.。這苦味道真是比不加糖的現(xiàn)磨咖啡還苦！

　　辣

　　歷經(jīng)和老師學(xué)生們長期交往，我逐漸融入了這兒的生活，回應(yīng)干干脆脆，提出問題急急忙忙，伸手積極主動(dòng)，每一次打游戲都把臉蛋玩得紅通通，也受老師“寵溺”，全部一個(gè)“辣妹子”。

　　如今，歷經(jīng)很多挫敗，我已明白了許多的英語專業(yè)知識(shí)，學(xué)會(huì)了很多單詞的應(yīng)用，這可和我平時(shí)的勤奮脫不開關(guān)聯(lián)呀。這可真應(yīng)了一句話：“沒經(jīng)一番徹骨寒，怎得桂花香氣撲鼻香�！�
