英語，能幫助你走出國門，是我們探索世界的鑰匙，是聯(lián)通各國友誼的橋梁。學(xué)好英語這門功課，是非常重要的。而我的媽媽為了讓我學(xué)好英語，特地給我報(bào)了新概念英語班。起初，我煩躁地抵抗著說：天天學(xué)學(xué)學(xué)，在學(xué)校里難道教的還不夠好嗎?后來呀，我才明白了英語課的有趣。
一次上英語課，老師和我們進(jìn)行了課前鞏固。優(yōu)美的語言和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)音無一不令我向往，于是我下定決心，一定要好好學(xué)習(xí)新概念英語。這時(shí)老師問我們：誰愿意第一個(gè)背誦這篇課文?我想舉手又有點(diǎn)不敢，一股躍躍欲試的感覺涌上心頭。先邁出這第一步吧，只要邁出去了，以后的路就都變得平坦了。我在心里暗暗想道。這么想著，我就舉起手來，老師欣喜地看向了我。我將英語課文滾瓜爛熟地背了出來，大部分還是來自上節(jié)課回家后不斷練習(xí)的`努力。老師果然表揚(yáng)了我，這讓我的心里喜滋滋的頓時(shí)也不再對(duì)自己產(chǎn)生懷疑了，而是更加有勇氣。
一鼓作氣，老師每次讓人回答問題，我都高舉起手。這節(jié)課的積分蹭蹭蹭的往上漲，這是我以前從來沒有過的。過了提問環(huán)節(jié) ，老師給每個(gè)人發(fā)下了基礎(chǔ)卷子，這種卷子一般考的都是詞匯和句子翻譯。按理說難度不大，可因?yàn)槊看挝叶即中鸟R虎，經(jīng)常漏掉這個(gè)字母，那個(gè)句號(hào)，從而丟了分。這次我不想再那么莽莽撞撞了，而是寫完一遍以后呢，又細(xì)細(xì)端詳了一遍，直到檢查出了錯(cuò)誤為止。在看過了三四遍以后，我才將卷子鄭重地交給了老師。老師滿意地點(diǎn)了點(diǎn)頭，跟大家說：大家要像小唐學(xué)習(xí)，寫完后多檢查幾遍。批好卷子發(fā)下來后，我定睛一看，竟然是個(gè)鮮紅的100分!望著上漲的積分，我不由得歡呼雀躍起來。
這堂課結(jié)束，我的積分排在第一名，可以蓋三個(gè)章。望著那鮮紅的章印，我想這是對(duì)我的褒獎(jiǎng)，對(duì)我的鼓勵(lì)。也就是從這堂英語課開始，我對(duì)英語多了幾分自信，也多了幾分勤奮。一回家，會(huì)想著應(yīng)該把作業(yè)先做完。我想英語不僅鍛煉了我的口語能力，也增加了我的自覺性。
