今天，我們外國語學(xué)校舉辦了一年一度的活動——英語節(jié)。
說起英語，這可是我們學(xué)校的特色，在新密占有霸主的地位，是無人能夠媲美的，所以，校長每年都為我們舉辦英語節(jié)。這不，激動人心的時刻即將到來，現(xiàn)是二年級小朋友們的節(jié)目，他們那優(yōu)美的舞姿，稚嫩的歌喉，使我仿佛又回到了幾年前。不知不覺中，表演就結(jié)束了，小朋友們的表演博得了我們的陣陣掌聲，接著是一年級小朋友帶來的表演，他們手中貼著紅紙，在動聽的旋律下，那紅紙片就像隨風(fēng)搖曳的紅花，在陽光下，自由的擺動。樣子優(yōu)美極了，贏得了大家的'喝彩。接著是就是四年級，他們的舞蹈也很棒，還繼承著英語歌的傳統(tǒng)舞蹈，所以也很受歡迎。五年級的學(xué)生也不甘示弱，那叫一個賞心悅目，手中的樂器伴著音樂成了好聽的節(jié)奏，傳入我們的耳邊，再加上那整齊的舞姿，是我們更加的佩服這群“花骨朵兒”了，接著就是壓軸大戲的其中一個：杰克·邁克的《Beatit》那叫一個酷��！瀟灑的轉(zhuǎn)身，酷酷的甩頭，帥氣的踢腿，真讓人眼紅��！

If we want to live a happy and healthy life,we need to keep a healthy lifestyle.Frist of all,we need enough sleep .Every day we should sleep for at least eight hours.Sleep very late is bad for health,so we had better go to bed before ten o 'clock at night .
Secondly ,it is also important to eat enough vegetables and fruits everyday.Vegetables can give us a lot of Vc and Vd.There is a saying:an apple a day keeps a doctor away,so it's good to have some fruits every day.Also,we need to drink enough water.
To sum up,we should keep a healthy life style.I wish everybody can have a healthy body.

China has many traditional festivals among the year。 But I like Mid-Autumn Festival the most。 It means harvest， because it is celebrated in the harvest season。 And it is the time for famers to express their thanks for harvest。 In addtion， it’s the day for reunion。 Some people call it Tuanyuanjie。 The people work or study far away from home will e back to get-together with their families。 They will eat a big meal and mooncake at that time。 I hate parting but love reunion。 So Mid-Autumn Day is my favorite festival。
一年之中中國有很多傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日。我最喜歡的是中秋節(jié)。那意味著收獲，因?yàn)樗窃谑斋@的.季節(jié)里面慶祝的。那也是讓農(nóng)民們感激收獲的時候。 此外，它也是團(tuán)圓的日子。有人把它稱為團(tuán)圓節(jié)。在遠(yuǎn)方工作或?qū)W習(xí)的人都會回來與家人團(tuán)聚。他們會在那個時候一齊吃一頓豐盛的晚餐和月餅。我厭惡離別，喜歡團(tuán)圓。所以我最喜歡的節(jié)日是中秋節(jié)。

at 8:00 i got up and went bus station with my mother .o my god there were so many people!with difficult we got up the bus and felt very crowed.the traffic was so bad too!i cost nearly 1 hour that we arrived the center of street.
what were worse there were even more people!in my opinion it was not very interesting to come out at this day!nest time i prefer to stay at home and study!

Today,we visted a farm.Early in the morning we met at the school gate and went there together.The farm workers gave us a warm welecome.Then the head of the farm showed us around.How glad we were to see the cross and vegetables growing well!At noon we had a picnic lunch in the sunshine.After a short rest,we had great fun singing and dancing.but,the time passed quickly.Before we knew it,we had to say goodbye to the workers.
