The easiest way is to walk to your office instead of riding a bike or taking a bus. You also have to take a routine physical check - up. 　　星期一，“I come，I see！Shake English，Shake the would”英語節(jié)終于來了。我們開始了單詞運(yùn)動會，雖然我跑步不怎樣，但我單詞接龍還是很內(nèi)行的。但令我欣喜的是，我們不跑100米，直接在黑板上接龍，我相信一定能贏。但是“奇跡又發(fā)生了”，當(dāng)我們組遙遙領(lǐng)先時，突然發(fā)現(xiàn)中間有一個錯誤。只能想盡辦法，既能讓這個詞改對，又能讓下面的詞連得上前面那個詞，就在那糾結(jié)了好久。直到我們組變成最后一名時，終于有了思路，拼命追趕，可是還是輸了。
