One sunny afternoon, when I was merrily riding home, I heard "Help! Help!".
I rode to the riverside and found a boy of about five in the river struggling.
I jumped into the water, swam to the boy and dragged him to the river bank.
The boy said he was trying to catch a fish near the river bank and carelessly fell into the water.
I asked him where his home was and sent him home.
"Thank you very much!" the boy＇s parents said, when I left his home.
Though I got home late that afternoon, I was very happy.

拿我來(lái)說(shuō)，小學(xué)三年級(jí)開(kāi)始學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)，可是我現(xiàn)在的英語(yǔ)水平也不高。小學(xué)英語(yǔ)大部分是八十分以上，中學(xué)時(shí)在六十以上七十以下，高中時(shí)一般都是沒(méi)有上過(guò)六十，下過(guò)五十，只有少量幾次我的成績(jī)突破了這個(gè)瓶頸，就連五十九分也不知道考了多少次！

以前，總是隨著所有人都是在背單詞，我的記憶力很強(qiáng)，記憶單詞從來(lái)沒(méi)有是問(wèn)題，可是要去寫(xiě)一句簡(jiǎn)單的句子就是困難重重。高中時(shí)期，我的英語(yǔ)老師也不會(huì)去管學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)，課文內(nèi)容從未背過(guò)，所以一直以來(lái)英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)也沒(méi)有提高，這也是老師的一個(gè)問(wèn)題，就拿高一學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō)，他們學(xué)習(xí)的刻苦程度比我們班高三學(xué)生們都要強(qiáng)，你說(shuō)這樣的情況下成績(jī)會(huì)好嗎？
高三前期我聽(tīng)說(shuō)了一個(gè)方法，就是放棄背單詞，而去選擇背句子，這個(gè)方法的確很好，我的成績(jī)還是提高了！放假了，我決定努力背單詞一個(gè)月，結(jié)果就是成績(jī)一次不如一次，傷心欲絕啊！我重新回到過(guò)去背句子的時(shí)期，成績(jī)這才開(kāi)始恢復(fù)正常情況。
努力背句子是我提高英語(yǔ)水平的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，不過(guò)前提是堅(jiān)持下去！
