For a growing number of Chinese people, the most productive thing to do with ones spare time is to study for some kind of certification. From languages to business skills to teaching, certifications act as proof that you are skilled in something very specific. More and more, a resume with degrees and work experiences looks a bit boring; certifications are like accessories they complete the outfit.
Certifications accomplish several purposes. First, they show employers that youre diversified; you have made an effort to learn skills outside of your major or occupation. Also, certifications show that you are proactive; you dont sit around in your spare time. Instead, youre constantly looking to improve yourself. This is what sets applicants apart from the rest when applying for a sought-after position.
In my opinion, certifications are attractive, but should not be over-emphasized. Communication skills are equally as important, and can be honed and strengthened without paying for a class. After all, interviews are concerned with more than what is on the paper.

Every year billion tons of carbon dioxide is added into the air, which in part results in global warming and climate change. Now we are live in the world that is filled with pollution. As far as I am concerned, we should reduce carbon emission.

First, we can adopt different ways to solve the problem if it is convenient for us, such as going to work by bus. There is no doubt that it can cut down the pollution and improve our environment. What’s more, it is cheaper, comparing with other ways. Second, there are different kinds of trees which can absorb carbon dioxide, so we also need plant more trees around us. At the same time, our government should pay attention to take action to improve our living quality.

《紅豆與菲比》的作者彼得?麥卡蒂(Peter McCarty) 1966年出生于美國康乃迪克州的西港。彼得?麥卡蒂可以說是美國圖畫書界近幾年崛起的新星之一。他細(xì)膩溫煦的畫風(fēng)、淡然卻悠遠(yuǎn)的故事，創(chuàng)造了數(shù)部令人印象深刻的作品。其鮮明的個人特色與風(fēng)格，不但為他贏得了眾多掌聲與獎項，也為他的創(chuàng)作生涯開啟了無限的可能。麥卡蒂的多部作品都獲得了諸多評論家的肯定。1996年出版的《夜間旅程》、1999年出版的《趕路小兔》和20xx年出版的《紅豆與菲比》都是獲得了很多大獎的佳作。
老漁聊繪本《紅豆與菲比》 贏得小孩子歡心的形象
彼得·麥卡蒂是一位了不起的圖畫書作家，他用水彩和彩鉛涂繪出的兩位圓滾滾的主人公，正是那種小孩子一看到就愛不釋手的形象。書中菲比被小主人抱住時仿佛在掙扎、渾身肉乎乎的感覺，讓每一個讀到這里的小朋友都忍不住想要嘗試著抱一抱她!小狗紅豆吃飽之后，躺在他最喜歡的地方，四條小短腿懸在那里，整個身體仿佛被充了氣一樣鼓鼓的，此時的紅豆真的很像毛絨玩具店櫥窗中展示的樣品!
世界上大約有十分之八的孩子不是喜歡貓就是喜歡狗，其實大人的世界也是如此吧。通過這樣一本惹人喜愛的圖畫書，家長[微博]和孩子很容易在親子閱讀中產(chǎn)生共鳴，從而達(dá)到促進(jìn)親子之間的'關(guān)系和心靈溝通這一根本目標(biāo)。
好朋友間的心有靈犀
故事一開始，貓咪菲比躺在窗子上、小狗紅豆躺在地板上，兩只寵物雖然同處一室，但看上去卻相互漠不關(guān)心，甚至毫不相關(guān)。接下來，只有紅豆獨自去參加“一趟冒險之旅”，加之圖畫上兩個寵物站在地上，不但一個頭向東、一個頭朝西，而且一個在門里、一個在門外，這樣的構(gòu)圖，無疑給人一種感覺：他們只是同一個主人的兩只寵物，而不是好朋友。
但隨后便發(fā)生了轉(zhuǎn)折：紅豆和菲比盡管分開行動了，但紅豆“找”到他朋友的同時，菲比也被小寶寶“找”到了;紅豆“沖”向浪花時，菲比則“沖”向了門口;紅豆在海邊“玩得開心”，菲比跟手紙也“玩得開心”;紅豆“餓了”，菲比也“餓了”……他們的動作總是不謀而合，最后，晚飯的時間一到，兩個寵物同時在家門口集合、并開始在一起吃飯、最后一起睡覺，盡管還是一個在窗子上、一個在地板上。
經(jīng)常有人說雙胞胎或是關(guān)系特別要好的朋友家人，當(dāng)一個人發(fā)生了一件事情時，另一個人就會有心靈感應(yīng)，有時候也會發(fā)生一件相似的事情。比如有時候早上起床時，我的妻子就會講昨天晚上在夢中跟女兒在什么地方玩了什么游戲，女兒如意竟常常也會說也做了同樣的美妙的夢，然后兩個人就高興地講起了夢中好玩的事情。
