　　在我國(guó)，有各種各樣的面條。在山西，最著名的面食是刀削面；在廣東，最著名的是伊面；在四川，人們最愛(ài)的則是麻辣面。作為一個(gè)土生土長(zhǎng)的北京人，我最愛(ài)炸醬面。

　　The fired bean paste noodles is very easy to cook. First of it, you should slice the cucumber into pieces, cook the soy bean and green bean for about ten minutes, then put these material in a bowl. Second, stir-frying the paste. Mix the minced meat, ginger and green onion, and then put them in the pan, keep frying the paste until you can smell the aroma.
