Nowadays,“generation gap”has gradually become a common phenomenon all over the world. Experiencing different time, as a result, causes the difference between parents and children in tastes, the method they deal with problems and values.
This case may more easily happen in teenagers. The reason lies in they are young, they have strong passion for freedom, and they like showing themselves off. Then it is no wonder that arguments often arise between their parents and them, which always make the parents worried. They can hardly figure out what their children are thinking about. Because they wear strange clothes, listen noisy music and even walk around town with tattoos and pierces all over their bodies. Nevertheless, in teenager’ eyes, their parents are out of date and conservative. They may talk with their friends more often than their parents. In a word, ‘generation gap’ is an interminable problem.
Seriously, how to bridge the generation gap? In my opinion, first, show respect. The mutual respect can play an important role in avoiding conflicts. Second, listen more than talk. It’s no doubt that it is a very efficient way to keep the conversation longer. At last, keep humors, this can make the talk friendly.
Despite the fact that parents may be worried about the generation gap between their children and themselves. But as we all know, with time going by, children gradually grow old and ripe. And then they will come to understand their parents.

How to Bridge the Generation Gap?
The generation gap is unavoidable in almost every family, which brings about a number of conflicts in a family。 In my opinion, to limit the bad effects of the generation gap, each family should use the following three methods:
First of all, it is important that family members discuss openly about their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family gatherings。 This activity does not only create a close relationship but also help build up understanding among all members。 For instance, once children are aware that their grandparents and even their parents did not have a good upbringing during their hard childhood, they will stop plaining about the previous generations’ obsoleteness。 In the meantime, once old people realize young people are nurtured in a new modern way, it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or hobbies。
Secondly, people of each generation should not develop a very high feeling about themselves。 In order to do that, they should not think that they are the only right people in their family because each person has his or her own limitations。 Teenagers would realize that their parents have to struggle with pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their strictness。 Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their children。
Finally, the generation gap and its bad effects can be limited if all members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each other。 I strongly believe that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum interference by the generation gap。

Parents say that children do not show them proper respect and obedience, while children complain that their parents do not understand them. This phenomenon is often referred to as the generation gap. What then are the causes of the generation gap?
One important cause of the generation gap is the chance that young people have to choose their way of life. In more traditional societies, when children grow up, they are expected to live in the same area as their parents, to marry people that their parents know and agree to, and to continue the family occupation. In modern society, young people often travel a great distance for their education, move out of the family at an early age, marry or live with people whom their parents have never met, and choose occupations different from those of their parents.
In the easily changing society, parents often expect their children to do better than they did: to find better jobs, to make more money; and to do all the things that they were unable to do. Often, however, the strong desire that parents have for their children are another cause of the disagreement between them. Often, they discover that they have very little in comMon with each other.
Finally, the speed at which changes take place in modern society is another cause of the gap between the generations. In a traditional culture, elderly people are valued for their wisdom, but in modern society, the knowledge of a lifetime may become out of date overnight. The young and the old seem to live in two very different worlds, separated by different skills and abilities.
No doubt, the generation gap will continue to be a future of our life for some time to come. Its causes are rooted in the changes of our society, and in the rapid speed at which society changes.
Nowadays, the problem of generation gap bees more and more serious. Based on the survey by our school, the poor relationship between parents and their children is very mon. Are these problems caused by the busy parents? Or,do the harsh family rules affect their relationship?
Firstly,in most of the families in the US,both of the parents have to go out for work in order to earn more money to proveide better environment for their lovely children. Unfortunately, this causes the rare munication between them and their children, since these parents always take rest during leisure time. These parents and children cannot know deeply about each other, then friction is easy to appear. Therefore,a wide generation gap es into being.
Secondly, parents who ask their children to be absolute obedient to them is also one of the grave causes of generation gap between them. Therefore, these children are not willing to municate with their parents and most of these parents are not active to talk with their children. Thus, misunderstanding between them often occurs.
To solve these problems, the busy parents should sacrifice their spare time to municate with their children actively so as to improve their relationship. At the same time, they can also observe their childrens behavior in order to understand their childrens personality and reduce the quarrel betweeen them.
Besides that, the parents should try to give up their absolute power in family to give a better image to their children since it can make their children feel free to chat with their parents. Then it is easy for the parents to approach their lovely children. Therefore,a close and harmonious relationship between parents and children appears.
In conclusion,to have a close relationship between parents and children, the parents should devote their leisure time to talking with their children and observing their childerns personality and give their children the approaching images. If so,this terrible phenomenon, generation gap, cannot occur any more.

The discussion about the "generation gap"
Each generation has their different living habits, each generation has a different way of thinking, so the "generation gap" created on quietly. It is the same as a mountain, to completely separate people of different age, so that they can not understand each other.
In young eyes, the older generation people always prefer the old look and old concepts to restrain their children. The young man then, very receptive to new things, always thinking that the older generation old, and believe that there are between two generations insurmountable. Reluctant to accept the teachings of the older generation.
In the eyes of parents, young people like Starchaser, like to make friends
friends, like heresy, like the Internet to dance, these are serious matters. Also, a good model good kind of black hair dye color, but can not tolerate. Is simply alien!
So there are more terrible event occurring: more and more young people and family disagreements, pique running away from home, and even some take the road of no return. Many children and parents as a lack of communication with parents to meet, seen as enemies, how chilling it ah! Generation gap this terrible thing, so that parents pay sad efforts to make children quietly reticent, it makes becomes negative, the family lost their joy.
Generation gap so seriously affecting our lives, that in order to remove this gap, how important ah. However, in order to remove it, we must work together. As a parent, should be more communication with their children, let the children talk about their true inner thoughts, to find ways to alleviate the pressures on them, a childs close friends; children should also pledge allegiance to their parents, parents, after all, come, we should learn good things from them, while they
should be more sympathetic to the hardships housekeeping for their share those concerns, rather than demanding and obtain unlimited.
I would like, regardless of how the development and changes of the times, leveling the generation gap are conducive to social progress and development. Face the ever-changing times, every one of us should be a little more understanding, curbing excessive demands; a little more tolerance, curbing fuss. So, the formation of the generation gap between us will certainly be leveled.

代溝之我見(jiàn)My View on Generation Gap
According to the variety of social background, personal experience and personal emotion, differernt people have different opinions towards things。 Thus, there is no doubt that generation gap exists everywhere。 We always find that there are big differences between us and the old generation。 We always regard the old are outdated, while they think us are crazy。 They can’t bear the dress we like, the fashion we pursue or even our childish thinking。 Instead, we could put up with their standpat thingking and their “feudal rulers”。 Thus, the generation gap bees more and more obvious and serious。 However, why don’t we realize that opinions can be changed, while people can’t。 So, we can think in an other way, learn to accept。 It is certain that we can narrow the generation gap to live a more harmonious life。

A few years ago it was fashionable to speak of a generation gap. Parents complained that children didn’t show them proper respect and obedience, while children complained that their parents didn’t understand them at all. Many critics argue that it is built into the fabric of our society.
One cause of the generation gap is the opportunity that young people have to choose their own life. In traditional socieries, children live in the same area as their parents, marry people their parents know and approve of, and often continue the family occupation. In our society, people often move out of the home at an early age, marry or live with people their parents have never met, and choose occupations that are rather different.
In our upwardly mobile society, parents often expect their children to be better than them. However, these ambitions for their children are another cause of the division between them. Often they discover that they have very little in common.
Finally, the speed of change in our society is another cause of it. In a traditional culture, people are valued for their wisdom, but in our society the knowledge of a lifetime may become out of date. The young and the old seem to live in two very different worlds, separated by different skills and abilities.
No doubt, the generation gap will continue to be a feature of our life for some time to come. Its causes are rooted in the freedoms and opportunities of our society, and in the rapid pace at which society changes.
As children approach adulthood, school education has a great effect on the development of them and how to deal with the relationship between teachers and students is quite important.
Generation gap is natural between parents and children and it is also natural between teachers and students. In fact,it can be narrowed through mutual unterstanding and respect.Good teachers are regarded as the students friends and they will deal with the students problems fairly and equally which will deserve students trust.Besides, students rely on teachers and they hope to ask teachers for help when meeting with difficulties, so a good teacher should have a clear idea of what the students are thinking and caring for and should communicate with them more so that there will be a harmonious atmosphere.Last but not least, students and teachers should respect each other and often think about the things on the others stand so that they can seek a best way to solve the problems when there is any disagreement between them. And I think with mutual understanding and experienced guidance of the teachers, the generation gap will also promote the school education positively.

In China, there is an old saying that every family has a hard book to read. There are always some problems between parents and children. It seems that parents and their children can never get along peacefully. Their generation gap becomes more obvious after their children enter adolescence. There are many reasons for this.
When children reach puberty, they are eager to be independent. They want to stay away from their parents control. Adolescence means that children grow up, they are no longer children, they want to make their own decisions, so they will become so rebellious, disobeying their parents requirements all day, they do this to prove that they are adults.
Most parents think of their children as children. In the eyes of most parents, their children will never grow up, no matter how old they are. Parents still regard their children as children, so they will make some decisions for their children. Parents dont want to accept the fact that children have grown up and can make decisions in isolation, so communication barriers happen.
The generation gap between children and parents is a family problem. Parents should learn to let go, and children should also have a good talk with their parents and communicate more, so that problems can be better solved.

The Communication Barrier Between Parents and Children
In China, there is an old saying: every family has their issue, the parents and their childrens problems exist all the time. It seems that parents and their children can never get along peacefully, their communication barrier comes to be obvious since the children come to their adolescence, this situation happens in many reasons.
On the one hand, the children have come to the adolescence, they desire to be independent and get away from their parents protection. The age of adolescence means the children have grown up, they are no more the small kids, they want to make their own decision, so they become rebellious and go against what they parents tell them to do. They do this for the purpose of proving that they are grown-ups.
On the other hand, most parents take their children as the small kids all the time. In most parents eyes, their kids will be always kids, no matter how old they are, the parents still treat their children as the small ones, so they will make every decision for their kids. The parents refuse to accept the fact that their children have grown up and can make their decision, so the communication barrier happens.
The communication barrier between children and parents is very familys problem, the parents should learn to let go gradually and the children can have a nice talk to their parents, thus the problem can better solved.

Generation Gap
Generation gap refers to the misunderstanding between the old and young. The term came into fashion after the 1980s. However, in recent years, the phenomenon is getting more and more fierce.
How does generation gap e into being? The first reason is that the two generations have grown up in different ages, thus they have different attitudes toward life. Secondly, due to having little in mon with each other, they are unwilling to sit down and talk face to face. Besides, as modern life is so stressful, both of them are so busy with their study or work that they have not enough time to exchange their ideas.
To bridge the generation gap is not easy at all, but we can do something to shorten it. For one thing, children should respect their parents as well as accept their good advice. For another, parents should not only show their love and care to the kids, but also support their good life view. As long as the old and young can understand each other, it would be more harmonious in family and world.

Nowadays,“generation gap”has gradually bee a mon phenomenon all over the world。 Experiencing different time,as a result, causes the difference between parents and children in tastes, the method they deal with problems and values。
This case may more easily happen in teenagers。 The reason lies in they are young, they have strong passion for freedom, and they like showing themselves off。 Then it is no wonder that arguments often arise between their parents and them, which always make the parents worried。 They can hardly figure out what their children are thinking about。 Because they wear strange clothes, listen noisy music and even walk around town with tattoos and pierces all over their bodies。 Nevertheless,in teenager’ eyes, their parents are out of date and conservative。 They may talk with their friends more often than their parents。 In a word,‘generation gap’ is an interminable problem。
Seriously, how to bridge the generation gap? In my opinion, first, show respect。 The mutual respect can play an important role in avoiding conflicts。 Second, listen more than talk。 It’s no doubt that it is a very efficient way to keep the conversation longer。 At last, keep humors, this can make the talk friendly。
Despite the fact that parents may be worried about the generation gap between their children and themselves。 But as we all know, with time going by,children gradually grow old and ripe。 And then they will e to understand their parents。

In the modern socienty, there is misunderstanding between parents and their children. The parents always consider that their children do the wrong things, and their children always complain, their parents dont understand them, which leads to the generation gap.
There are two reasons. First the young man live in different environments from their parents, so they alway have different ideas aboutproblems. Secondly the parents alway prevent their children from doing their favourite things which often cause a fight.
I think the generation gap can be handled if the parents and childrentry their best. They can have open talks and tell ideas to each other. They should realize every generation have their own strong and weak points.Only in this way,a better relationship will be built.

Nowadays, there is often a lack of understanding between parents and children. Children always complain that their parents are out of date, while parents can’t approve of what their children say and do. Thus, a big generation gap is formed.
The gap remains wide for many reasons. Children want to be free to choose their own friends, select their own classes in school, plan their own future, earn and spend their own money, and generally run their own life in a more independent way than many parents allow. Also, young children wish to be understood by their parents, but most parents don’t quite understand their children. They regard it as their responsibility to teach their offspring traditional beliefs. They want them to be obedient and do well in school. Therefore, misunderstanding often arise from parents’ tendency to interfere in children’s daily activities.
In my opinion, most problems between parents and children could be solved by joint efforts of both sides to enhance mutual understanding.

In fact, sometimes people are very innocent, especially when they have a serious relationship with their parents. The thought of the post-90s is different from that of the Post-70s and post-80s. Therefore, there will be many problems, some of which will be very serious, some of which will be very slight, and the degree will be greatly different.
Nowadays, most families will have at least one computer, and some families will have one computer for one person. Therefore, computer is no longer a luxury of the post-90s, but with the addition of computers, it also brings conflicts to families.
The Internet world is rich and colorful. It changes thousands of times, makes us fascinated, broadens our horizons, makes us infatuated, makes us difficult to grasp, and even makes us lose ourselves, lose our direction, and sink in. As a post-90s I was one of them: because of the need of study, the teacher often asked us to search for some information and come back home, so I asked my parents for a computer. But God is against me. I didnt arrange any homework about checking data that month. Therefore, the computer has become a tool for me to watch movies and TV plays online. But I didnt forget to study.
QQ chatting on the Internet is the trend of the times. When we meet at ordinary times, we dare not say what we cant say. We can do it on the Internet. QQ farm, QQ ranch, QQ garden, QQ flying car, QQ restaurant, parking space And so on. It comes from life. There are many things on the Internet that can be realized, but only in the virtual world. These games wind Mo 105 whole class, even whole school, teacher, student, cleaner, school police……Everyone is playing with this. What I havent played is very "earthy", so I often play in my spare time, and its not too much fun! But these games are all "rubbish" in my parents eyes. Im not allowed to play them. Im allowed to use computers to check data, listen to music, write compositions and practice calligraphy Soon, I fell in love with QQ, because my parents didnt let me, I just played with my back. My mother scolded me. When I reasoned with him, she said bluntly, "play, play all day long. I knew I would not buy it. Ill pull out the Internet cable one day."
To this, I have no choice but to say, who calls them my parents? Hey! The relationship between my parents and I is getting worse and worse, which makes me stupid When can we solve this problem? Everyone wants to know!

The generation gap is unavoidable in almost every family, which brings about a number of conflicts in a In my opinion, to limit the bad effects of the generation gap, each family should use the following three methods:
First of all, it is important that family members discuss openly about their pleasures or sadness in childhood in family This activity does not only create a close relationship but also help build up understanding among all For instance, once children are aware that their grandparents and even their parents did not have a good upbringing during their hard childhood, they will stop complaining about the previous generations’ In the meantime, once old people realize young people are nurtured in a new modern way, it is easy for them to be tolerant of young people’s new habits or
Secondly, people of each generation should not develop a very high feeling about In order to do that, they should not think that they are the only right people in their family because each person has his or her own Teenagers would realize that their parents have to struggle with pain to support them financially, and they would stop rebelling their Parents would realize that their children’s new style does no harm to their studies and stop imposing their own unsuitable standards on their
Finally, the generation gap and its bad effects can be limited if all members cooperate to build up a close-knit family relationship and a harmonious atmosphere in which they are open and tolerant of each I strongly believe that each family, by doing that, can enjoy a cozy atmosphere with minimum interference by the generation

At present, never is the issue concerning generation gap failing to attract our eyes. Many educators and parents present their opinions from different angles. As I see it, there are three following factors contributing to this risk and also, three solutions can be outlined respectively. As for its causes, I think that three reasons are worth mentioning. To begin with, people receive different education and form different outlooks of the world. The education children receive today is different from that of their parents, thus causing that parents want their children to follow the traditional values as a rebellion, So, conflict between parents and children seems unavoidable. In addition, lack of communication also accounts for the fact. Many parents fail to realize the importance of communication and in their minds, children should obey them and it id natural. However, in children’s minds, their parents do not value the modern development ,advanced technology, their real thoughts, to mane just a few, Both parents and children do believe that they themselves are right. In this way , they do not wangt to communicate with each other. Finally, it is due to the big influence of media which wsually exaggerates the importance of individuality that many children regard rebellion against their parents as cool and fantastic. Hence, misunderstanding and prejudice will be produced. To sovel this problem,I do believe the following measures should be taken. First, parents ought to communicate positively with their children and give them more person-to-person services. What is more, a looser educational enviorment should be created in every family and free speech should be advocated. Last ,a range of knowledge should be given to children and they should be encouraged to understand their parents and think in their parents’ positions. In conclusion, only when these practical measures are taken will this problem be dealt with step by step and be gone with the wind.

The 21st century, the thought of the teenagers, we and our beloved one generation, will never be able to melt together, seems to have no why, I do not know why. Adults like to impose their ideas in a new generation of us, and we, must also accept the ideology of "unreasonable", if not accept, perhaps, in the eyes of an adult, our behavior is what is called a rebellious, not sensible, wings hard, but, you never know what we carry in our hearts, can only silently bear all this, buried our own thoughts, not move to the attraction.
We are the -- the future of The Times. We have our own dreams, we have our own in the future, we have our own life to live, all this, go to our own, you can never be with us life, the way back, but also to go on our own. Please let go of your generous hand, let us fly yourself.
Times are changing, the life also is changing. Different time, different people, have their own way. Dear, father, mother, we grow up, learn to walk, bumpy road ahead, let"s face it alone, raising more than ten years, we won"t forget, you also should have a rest.

In modern society, there is often a hck of understanding between parents and children. There are some reasons for the existence of generation gap. First, the environment in which young people now living is quite different from that of their parents。 Therefore, they often hold different opinions on various problenas in life. Second, disparity in age also leads to misunderstanding. Young people want to do everything as they like, while older people often cant help interfering when they think what the young people are doing is wrong. This inevitably leads to disharmony. In rny opinion, generation gap can be bridged as long as both parents and children are willing to make efforts. They may have an open talk and tell each other what they think about certain problems. With the development of society , the generation gap between children and their parents has become a social problem .Here is some advice on helping bridge the generation gap. First, we should respect our parents. It is the virtue of Chinese people. This is the easiest to say and the hardest to do. Second, we must avoid conflict with our parents. If we think that our parents are doing something wrongly and want to correct their mistakes, we must give our opinions in a proper way. Third, we should reach a compromise with our parents. With an earlier deal and discussion, neither parents nor children will be hurt by each other. Finally, we must communicate with our parents as much as possible. There are much misunderstanding between us. And we should have a talk. In a word, a good relationship with parents makes us a happier person. It is worth the effort.

When I was young, my family bought a computer very early and had a broadband network. At that time, when my father and mother were at work, they locked me at home, and I was like a chicken in a cage. Little by little, I began to notice the "iron man" at home -- because he was so far away from his father that he knew what was happening in foreign countries. Because of it, dad can always watch movies and play games. Because of it, mom has made so many friends. Slowly, I was in other classmates "guidance", also played a "legendary" online game, because my technology is good, so, my level is getting higher and higher. The man who had just started killing chickens became a master of martial arts. My technique is good, and the equipment is good, so many people in the network want to "worship me as a teacher". My little vanity and pride were satisfied. Sometimes after losing a game, I kept buying better equipment and looking for that person "revenge". This vicious cycle, I became more and more obsessed with the game. Im not impressed even if my friends are playing very exciting games outside. Therefore, I have put myself into a state of loneliness, making me become a person who can only play games.
Thanks to mom and dad I found this in time, and take the initiative to find I talk, encouraged me to speak the truth, at that time, my in the mind of the lonely was more than I could bear, he said: "I am very lonely, I want to play computer games." When my father and mother heard these words, they volunteered to work for me. Through this conversation, I finally got it. Things in real life are also wonderful, and relying on this virtual world is a sign of weakness. At the same time, I understand my father and mothers pains.
Through this matter, I understand that communication is the key to open the heart knot, communication is the foundation of life road, because there is communication to have our wonderful today! I hope you can communicate more and create a better future together.
