　　大凡找工作的人，都有對(duì)面試的擔(dān)心，而英語(yǔ)面試最令人頭痛。面試氣氛總是緊張的，一緊張就容易出錯(cuò)，中文“臺(tái)詞”都會(huì)結(jié)巴，何況英語(yǔ)!

　　可俗話說(shuō)，養(yǎng)兵千日，用兵一時(shí)，學(xué)了那么多年英語(yǔ)，好歹有些積累，總不能栽在這上面。那么，如何過(guò)好英語(yǔ)面試這一關(guān)呢?

　　外企英語(yǔ)面試啥樣子?

　　各外企的英語(yǔ)面試形式各異，但基本流程是差不多的。

　　第一輪面試一般由公司人力資源部的人員擔(dān)任考官，他們會(huì)從你的個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷出發(fā)，詢問(wèn)一些有關(guān)個(gè)人的問(wèn)題，比如請(qǐng)你用英語(yǔ)做一個(gè)自我介紹。有些公司，也會(huì)有一部分英語(yǔ)筆試，如雅芳公司，其筆試中包含一個(gè)中英互譯的項(xiàng)目，主要考查應(yīng)聘者基本的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力。

　　第二輪面試則由部門主管經(jīng)理出面，這時(shí)候，有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)方面的問(wèn)題成了面試的重點(diǎn)，所以英語(yǔ)面試也從個(gè)人情況轉(zhuǎn)向了專業(yè)領(lǐng)域。比如應(yīng)聘市場(chǎng)部，則應(yīng)聘者通常會(huì)被要求談一談以往最成功的一個(gè)案例，或者自身的業(yè)務(wù)強(qiáng)項(xiàng)等。

　　如果前面一路綠燈大亮，那么，最后一輪面試就要和bigboss公司的總裁面對(duì)面了。外企的總裁一般是老外，當(dāng)然面試就變成全英語(yǔ)的了�？偛迷儐�(wèn)的問(wèn)題一般會(huì)和公司的精神、企業(yè)文化有關(guān)。一位曾任職默沙東制藥的小姐說(shuō)，她在參加的默沙東最后一輪面試時(shí)，默沙東老總看到她是學(xué)新聞出身的，便要求她談?wù)剬?duì)中國(guó)新聞媒體的看法，因?yàn)槟�沙東制藥一直對(duì)新聞媒體有其比較獨(dú)特的態(tài)度。通過(guò)這樣比較宏觀的問(wèn)題，招聘方想要發(fā)現(xiàn)的是，應(yīng)聘者的理念是否與公司的文化精神相契合。

　　如何應(yīng)對(duì)英語(yǔ)面試

　　英語(yǔ)從小開始學(xué)，可學(xué)了10來(lái)年，有的人還是“啞巴英語(yǔ)”。到了要找飯碗的緊要關(guān)頭，則對(duì)一些“成功英語(yǔ)面試培訓(xùn)”饑不擇食。其實(shí)，冰凍三尺，非一日之寒，速成是不可能的，只能在平時(shí)積累的基礎(chǔ)上，注意一些細(xì)節(jié)，運(yùn)用一些技巧，給自己加上幾個(gè)成功的籌碼。

　　首先，平時(shí)要注意訓(xùn)練聽力，至少要聽得懂考官的問(wèn)題，如果考官一個(gè)問(wèn)題出來(lái)，你卻聽得云里霧里，然后來(lái)兩三個(gè)“Pardon”，那現(xiàn)場(chǎng)氣氛定會(huì)急轉(zhuǎn)直下。說(shuō)話要流利，思維要連貫，層次要清晰，不要夾雜中文，可以用“well”、“however”這樣的過(guò)渡詞來(lái)給自己停頓和思考，同時(shí)，也使得自己的表述顯得口語(yǔ)化一些。

　　其次，發(fā)音要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在與外國(guó)boss面談的過(guò)程中，發(fā)音的正確清晰與否是最為重要的。不要因?yàn)楹ε路刚Z(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤而不敢說(shuō)，大多數(shù)時(shí)候一些細(xì)小的語(yǔ)法錯(cuò)誤并不影響交際的進(jìn)行，老外們也不會(huì)特別在意。如果要說(shuō)某個(gè)詞卻一時(shí)想不起來(lái)，那就換種說(shuō)法，盡量避免卡殼，卡殼會(huì)導(dǎo)致冷場(chǎng)�？傊�不管怎么樣，都要自信滿滿地，把英文說(shuō)得讓人聽上去像那么回事。

　　In the past 3 years,I spent most of my time on English studying and practise. I have a good command of both spoken and written English and past CET-4 with a ease. Skilled in use of Office 2007, excel. My graduate school training combined with my cadet teacher should qualify me for this particular job.

　　Although perhaps I'm not the best among the candidates, but with my strong knowledge background and full enthusiasm for education, I am sure I will satisfy you well.

　　As a college student, I concentrated on studying modern teaching technology. I have acquired enough essential and fundamental knowledge of English teaching in the past three years. Since September 2009, with great interest, I have been doing student cadre for almost each semester and formed good team-work spirits. It also kindly provided me crucial guidance to analyze interpersonal relationship. My teachers and classmates describe me as a reliable and considerate person. Other than my major study, I have master a great skills in computer operation.
