　　1、副駕駛要坐一位幫手

　　女同胞們剛開始生理期的一兩天，不舒服的時(shí)候也盡量不要開車。

　　身體不適要及時(shí)休息，不要硬撐。比如，感覺心慌胸悶胸痛、惡心腸胃不適、腹痛胃痛、休息不好心慌冒汗腿發(fā)軟等等狀況，都是身體發(fā)出的.信號，不要硬撐。

　　4、注意要適時(shí)休息

　　高度集中注意力地連續(xù)開車超過三個(gè)小時(shí)以上身體就會(huì)開始疲憊，也許體力好的朋友能開四五個(gè)小時(shí)。

　　不要硬撐，但感覺倦怠時(shí)，給自己休息的空間，停車走走，呼吸新鮮空氣，也讓下肢換個(gè)姿勢，避免下肢靜脈血栓形成等問題。

　　5、注意車內(nèi)空調(diào)溫度

　　冬天開車請關(guān)閉熱風(fēng)空調(diào)（因?yàn)殛P(guān)閉車窗打開熱風(fēng)空調(diào)，會(huì)很舒服，但氧氣會(huì)不足）。

　　或者不要把溫度設(shè)定得太高，溫度高容易讓人煩悶，可以每隔 30~40 公里開一分鐘左右的窗戶，換換車內(nèi)空氣。

　　6、帶孩子要準(zhǔn)備安全座椅

　　在行駛的汽車上，很多家長誤以為把孩子抱在懷里更安全，但如果一輛時(shí)速 50 公里的汽車遭遇正面碰撞，孩子會(huì)瞬間產(chǎn)生 30 倍于自己體重的前沖力，任何一個(gè)成年人都無法將孩子抱住。

　　高速公路事故應(yīng)對

　　1、出現(xiàn)故障/發(fā)生事故后首先怎么辦？

　　在出現(xiàn)故障或者發(fā)生輕微刮蹭事故后，我們首先要將車輛熄滅。其一是為了再下車后防止別人趁虛而入，其二可以節(jié)約燃油。然后拉緊手剎，防止溜車后對車輛和人造成傷害。

　　如果車子依然可以行駛，可移動(dòng)到別處，最好還是把車子停靠在安全的地方。

　　2、人要往哪站？

　　經(jīng)常能看到事故現(xiàn)場雙方站在車流中協(xié)商解決。對于身旁疾馳而過的車輛，稍有不慎就會(huì)被車輛刮倒、撞傷。

　　來往車輛極易引起二次事故，盡量撤離到道路之外，不要站在車后，也不要站在車旁！

　　3、出現(xiàn)故障的緊急處理

　　如果在行駛中車胎被扎漏氣需要換胎，或者你知道故障原因，需要打開引擎蓋做緊急處理的話。請盡量在車輛左后側(cè)放一個(gè)能引起人注意的物品（如：滅火器、輪胎、樁桶），以劃分出一塊相對安全且充足的區(qū)域，以便進(jìn)行換胎工作。

　　如果車子完全熄火打不著了，那么就第一時(shí)間報(bào)警或撥打救援電話吧！
