　　I am writing this letter to draw your attention on "WhitePollution". No one can avoid using plastic bags in our daily lives andtoo many plastic bags bring about many problems. How to solve thisproblem has become a hot issue among many people in recent years.

　　我寫信是為了讓您關(guān)注到"白色污染"這一問題。在日常生活中人們總是會用到塑料袋，而太多塑料袋會產(chǎn)生很多的問題。如何去解決這一問題成為了近年來很多人關(guān)心的話題。

　　To address this problem, I would like to lodger severalsuggestions. On the one hand, the authorities should set up rules andregulations to control the productivity and circulation of the plasticbags. On the other hand, people should realize the significant ofprotecting our environment and not use too many plastic bags.

　　為了解決這一問題，我想給出如下的建議。一方面，政府當局應(yīng)該設(shè)定一些規(guī)章和制度來控制塑料袋的生產(chǎn)和流通。另外一方面，人們應(yīng)該意識到保護環(huán)境的重要性而且不用太多的塑料袋。
