善于利用多媒體等多種手段輔助教學(xué)，使學(xué)生接觸到的知識更立體、更直觀、更生動。教師們利用視頻、音樂、卡片等使學(xué)生的目光一直被吸引住，特別是老師們制作的'課件內(nèi)容豐富、精彩，這也體現(xiàn)出在現(xiàn)代的教學(xué)中對老師提出的要求，熟練掌握多媒體設(shè)備的應(yīng)用。對我印象最深的是河北保定的張偉紅老師，張老師對多媒體的應(yīng)用十分熟練，特別是自己精心制作的小視頻，為此節(jié)課增色不少，可見做一名合格的教師，不僅要有過硬的專業(yè)知識，還要熟練運用現(xiàn)在的多媒體輔助手段。
二、教師們別具一格的教學(xué)設(shè)計
每一位教師的教學(xué)設(shè)計都新穎獨特，增強了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，拓寬了學(xué)生的視野，再加上精美的課件，每一節(jié)課都給人賞心悅目的感覺。最讓我欣賞的是老師們的拓展，從本節(jié)課的內(nèi)容拓展到以后的學(xué)習(xí)乃至人生，不僅讓學(xué)生學(xué)到了知識，還教會了學(xué)生做人做事的道理，真可謂是意味深長。
三、調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性，讓學(xué)生成為課堂的.主人
通過聽課，我發(fā)現(xiàn)每位教師充分調(diào)動了學(xué)生的積極性，通過各種各樣特色鮮明的活動，學(xué)生在活動中學(xué)習(xí)，在玩中學(xué)習(xí)。不僅參與性高，而且質(zhì)量高。比如長沙的許世群老師，通過讓學(xué)生表演課本劇，充分感受領(lǐng)略西方的節(jié)日――――萬圣節(jié)，拉近了學(xué)生與異國文化的距離；新疆的李老師，通過讓學(xué)生角色扮演，讓學(xué)生身臨其境的感受文本的內(nèi)容，這些老師真正做到了讓學(xué)生成為課堂的主人。

來自全國各地、四面八方的一百余個熱愛英語的朋友相聚一起，英語俱樂部會長首先代表整個協(xié)會對所有成員的加入表示真誠的歡迎，也以豐富的PPT內(nèi)容向會員們詳細(xì)介紹了English Club的歷史、發(fā)展和未來規(guī)劃。當(dāng)PPT放映到English Club建于至今有7個年頭了，她帶領(lǐng)一批批英語愛好者經(jīng)歷了晨讀、口語訓(xùn)練、四六級講座等活動;體會了卡拉ok大賽、話劇表演的精彩;感受了一起騎車出游聚餐的快樂;伴隨著一張張紀(jì)念的照片，所有會員給于了響亮的掌聲，在這聲音里我們聽到了大家對英語俱樂部的認(rèn)可，對每個英語愛好者所付出努力的肯定，相信也有對自己的正確選擇表示高興。
當(dāng)會長問道“你們有沒有信心在英語俱樂部一直堅持下去，yes or no?”場下發(fā)出了整齊而堅定的回答“Yes!”當(dāng)會長問道“告訴我們，你們行不行?”又一聲“Yes!”，震撼全場。他們的'回答就像英語俱樂部的口號“Open your mouth，Open your world”一樣響亮。Just do it !只要你相信行，你就行!
接著各部門部長也依依為大家介紹了各部門的職責(zé)和基本情況，鼓勵大家積極競選干事，鍛煉自己多方面的能力，會員們也都表示出了極大的贊同，也都愿意給自己一個機會，走出展示自我，提高自我的第一步。我相信，他們會因為英語俱樂部而更加優(yōu)秀，英語俱樂部也會因為他們更加強大。
帶著我們的口號，帶著我們的熱情，讓我們一起享受英語，一起體會生活，一起努力，一起進步。英語俱樂部新生動員大會完美謝幕!
