　　Last Sunday, I went to visit my uncle with my parents by bus. As I just sat down, an aunt with a baby in her arms got on, but there was no more seat for her on the bus.

　　So I stood up quickly and gave my seat to her. The aunt said with a smile. "You are a nice boy. Thank you very much." The baby looked at me laughing and I was very glad.

　　我雖然學(xué)英語時(shí)間不長(zhǎng)，但其中滋味卻品嘗了不少。

　　記得上二年級(jí)的時(shí)候，學(xué)校開辦了英語興趣班。父母一個(gè)勁兒地鼓勵(lì)我報(bào)名，還列舉了許多英語的好處，而我呢，卻是沖著新鮮好奇參加的。想來不是挺難的事，可學(xué)起來還真不容易。老師一進(jìn)教室就講了一大堆英語單詞，我一句也聽不懂，覺得沒趣，上課便開起了小差，一連幾堂課老師的提問我都答錯(cuò)了，越學(xué)越?jīng)]勁。最讓我難堪的還是期末考試。英語老師把家長(zhǎng)代表請(qǐng)來與學(xué)生當(dāng)面對(duì)練問答。我們家來的是高級(jí)知識(shí)分子—媽媽，英語可棒了！我怕媽媽知道我的底細(xì)，心想不舉手混過去，誰知老師偏偏向我提問，我本來就沒學(xué)好，再一緊張，三句話竟答錯(cuò)了兩句，出了洋相，我的臉“刷”地一下就紅了，甭提多難過了。三年級(jí)英語成了正課，經(jīng)歷過一次教訓(xùn)的我，這下可不敢馬虎了。上課認(rèn)真聽講，積極舉手回答問題，同學(xué)們和老師都說，我兩個(gè)耳朵像小白兔似的總是豎著聽。時(shí)間一長(zhǎng)，漸漸地體會(huì)到了學(xué)英語的樂趣。自然精神也來了，學(xué)英語的積極性倍加高漲。

　　每當(dāng)家里電話鈴響，我拿起電話先喊一聲“Hello"。是同學(xué)，就把學(xué)過的單詞以及句子連起來搞一次對(duì)話練習(xí)，既是復(fù)習(xí)，又有提高，一舉兩得，真過癮。如果是大人打的電話，那就更好了，不但練習(xí)了對(duì)話，還可以在我接不上的時(shí)候讓人家教我兩句。當(dāng)然更多的`人說不來英語，我就取笑對(duì)方，一個(gè)勁地說學(xué)過的那幾句英語，直到對(duì)方莫名其妙地反應(yīng)過來問：“你爸在不？”我才講中文。由于對(duì)方聽不懂，所以爸爸接過電話，聽到的總是對(duì)方的表揚(yáng)：“你女兒真不簡(jiǎn)單，還會(huì)說英語�！泵慨�(dāng)這時(shí)，我心中總是樂滋滋的，他們哪知我這個(gè)才人門的小家伙只懂一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)皮毛。最讓我得意的還是有一次到四川聯(lián)合大學(xué)與大學(xué)生玩耍，他們用英語與我對(duì)話，我才說兩句，他們就夸我音讀得準(zhǔn)。我一高興，便搬出了我所有的家底，還用英語向他們提問，三個(gè)大學(xué)生連連夸我是個(gè)學(xué)英語的好苗子，我更加得意了。一個(gè)周末，我興沖沖地走進(jìn)濱江公園英語角，想跟“老外”對(duì)話，誰知站在“老外”身邊，人都傻了，除少數(shù)單詞以外，一句話也聽不懂。這時(shí)的我才真正有無地自容的感覺。

　　學(xué)英語，使我真正懂得了“學(xué)海無涯”的深刻含義，就像在大海里游泳，在海邊游一下很容易，要游過大海可不那么簡(jiǎn)單！

　　I get up early at six every day. After doing some morning exercises I read English for twenty minutes. At seven I have breakfast. After breakfast I take my Painter's paraphernalia and go to Sketches.

　　Our drawing pictures begin at eight and we have one pictures in the morning. After lunch at 12 o’clock I take a short rest in the room. We have two pictures in the afternoon. After school at five I go back room. After dinner I begin to do my pictures. Then I take a shower. I go to bed at nine thirty.

　　我每天六點(diǎn)早起。做一些早操后我讀英語二十分鐘。我七點(diǎn)吃早飯。早飯后我把畫家的用具和草圖。

　　我們八點(diǎn)開始畫畫早上我們有一個(gè)圖片。午飯后12點(diǎn)我在房間里休息一會(huì)兒。下午我們有兩個(gè)圖片。5點(diǎn)放學(xué)后我回到房間。晚飯后我開始做我的照片。然后我洗澡。我在九百三十年去睡覺。
