　　this paper attempts to from the perspective of Nida's functional equivalence theory to discuss the translation of metaphor in English news.

　　The application of metaphor in English news makes events more distinct and vivid, and also make it easier for English readers to comprehend and understand the news contents.

　　However, due to the differences in English and Chinese languages, the use of metaphors in English news increases the difficulty of translation. This article attempts from the perspective of Nida's functional equivalence theory to discuss the translation of metaphor in English news,

　　in order to make Chinese readers better understand the same response and sense of beauty and meaning of metaphors in English news as the original readers.

　　由于英語新聞的風(fēng)格的不同，以及英語和中文的差異導(dǎo)致跨文化交流的障礙，英語新聞的翻譯尤其是隱喻的翻譯成為翻譯者的難題。

　　因此如何翻譯英語新聞的隱喻成為翻譯界共同關(guān)心的話題。

　　因此，本文試圖從Nida的功能對(duì)等理論出發(fā)來討論英語新聞的隱喻翻譯。

　　英語新聞中的隱喻使得事件變得生動(dòng)，也使讀者更容易理解新聞內(nèi)容。

　　然而，由于中英語言的差異，英語新聞隱喻的使用加大了翻譯者的難度。

　　本文從功能對(duì)等理論來討論隱喻的翻譯，使得中國讀者能和英語本土國家讀者對(duì)隱喻的意思有一樣的反應(yīng)。

　　隱喻的修辭不是簡單的把英語新聞翻譯成中文從字面轉(zhuǎn)換角度，盡管一些修辭基本上形式和內(nèi)容都差不多，但是這并不多。

　　中英文有文化差異，由于不同文化的影響。

　　當(dāng)翻譯者首先有意識(shí)地思考作者的意圖，發(fā)掘隱喻背后隱藏的深層含義，遵守目標(biāo)語國家的語言習(xí)慣。

　　Titanium ore, elected from magnetite or Titan magnetite, is widely used as the raw material in the production of titanium dioxide. Titanium quality and its yield constraints is often the bottle neck in the titanium industry.

　　Thus, we can not blindly consume a large amount of capital to maintain or improve its quality and yield. This paper makes an attempt to explores and optimize the development of the titanium industry, through inside and outside observation and association. In this paper, flotation tests are conducted to compare the original pulp titanium ore with Polyacrylamide and that without on the concentrate grade yield of titanium concentrates.

　　In this process, the consumption of drugs, the recovery rate of , equipment utilization, the amount and cost of polyacrylamide (PAM) are all considered to determine whether it is a ptimization program to add Polyacrylamide to the original flotation pulp of titanium ore.

　　Finally, we reach a conclusion through relevant data .In the experimental process, in principle,

　　we do not change the original flotation process and the relevant parameters.

　　一方面是建立消費(fèi)者的法律體系保護(hù)觀念;另一方面是完善消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)的法律責(zé)任制度。
